Saint Michael the Archangel Family of Parishes is seeking candidates for the following position: Associate Director of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship. This position is full-time with a regular but flexible schedule, working 40+ hours per week. The Associate Director of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship will serve as a member of the evangelization and Christian formation team. Ministry responsibilities include the following: evangelization and Christian formation with youth and young adults. The Associate Director is a person who is a fully initiated and practicing member of the Catholic Church. A degree in Theology or Catholic Studies is preferred along with experience in leading and implementing comprehensive youth and young adult ministry.
