Catholic Central School- Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management

Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management serves as the Chief Enrollment Officer for the school and is responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating all aspects of the admissions and enrollment process.

The Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management is responsible for developing and leading a team focused on increasing the school’s overall enrollment and net revenue associated with said enrollment.

The Director of Admissions and Enrollment will participate collaboratively with the Director of Finance/HR, Marketing and Communications, as well as the Director of Advancement and Development and other designees identified by the President and assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Principal.

This individual will manage all prospective families, inquiries, and applicants in the Pre K-12th grades that are seeking admissions into the school.  The Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management will usher prospective families through the entire admissions and enrollment process, including, but not limited to, initial contact, shadowing, open house, application, acceptance, and enrollment.

The Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management will work closely with faculty and staff during the admissions process to promote positive and effective recruitment strategies.  Additionally, this individual will work closely with Marketing and Communications to ensure that Pre K matriculates to K, 1st through 7th grade prospects matriculate into the 8th grade application, 8th grade prospects matriculate to high school, encompassing all activities of admissions, and enrollment processes.

The Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management will also be responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and projecting data related to all aspects of the admissions and enrollment management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advance the mission, vision, and strategic goals of the school.
• Establish specific and measurable admissions and enrollment management goals and objectives (short-term and long-term) that support the school’s enrollment and budgetary needs
• Evaluate continually and redesign where appropriate all aspects of the admissions and enrollment process
• Engage and cultivate relationships with prospective students and families to solidify a personal connection
• Develop plans and relationships for all possible prospective students and families segments, including but not limited to:
o Alumni Children
o CCD / Parish Families not currently attending
o Catholic and public schools within 25 miles of Catholic Central
o Homeschooled and CTC prospective students and families
• Guide prospective students and families though the entire admissions and enrollment process
• Create, organize, promote, and execute recruiting events such as:
Open House
Admissions Information Nights
High School Fairs
School tours
Step-up days
Spotlights
Alumni/Legacy family engagements
• Organize and oversee the Student Ambassador program to promote and provide a positive experience with students, parents, and community members at outreach and recruitment events
• Organize and implement an effective Shadow Program for prospective 5th-12th graders
• Oversee the organization and administration of the High School Placement Test in concert with the Assistant Principal
• Work in collaboration with the marketing team to create admissions material with the primary aim of attracting prospective students and families
• Partner with the Director of Advancement and Development and Marketing and Communications to spearhead the introduction of alumni involvement in the admissions process
• Supervise admissions data entry, coordinate student/parent interviews, and oversee other administrative functions necessary in preparation for the admissions selection process
• Work collaboratively with school counselors on the admission, evaluation and acceptance of transfer students
• Assist in the awarding of scholarships and financial aid to accepted students in conjunction with admissions and enrollment management budget as well as the President and Director of Finance / HR.
• Manage and oversee State of Ohio-funded scholarships such as the Edchoice, Jon Peterson Special Needs, and Autism scholarships
• Participate in school initiatives

Accounts Payable Clerk

Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payment of company obligations. This role supports the accounting department by verifying financial information, reconciling vendor accounts, and assisting with routine accounting functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Receive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
● Match invoices with purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation.
● Verify invoice amounts, account coding, and approvals before processing.
● Prepare and process payments through checks, ACH, wire transfers, or other payment methods.
● Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records and files.
● Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
