Office Assistant Position – St. Helen School
St. Helen School is seeking a reliable and welcoming Office Assistant to join our front office team beginning June 2026.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls

Greet and assist visitors

Maintain and organize files
-
Manage and update student records
-
Provide general support to school staff
Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft, Google Docs and Google Sheets

Highly organized, patient, and flexible

Ability to multitask in a busy school environment

Bilingual candidates preferred
Schedule:

This is a year round position: School year: 6 hours per day, 5 days per week; Summer: Reduced hours
Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check

Completion of SafeParish Training required prior to start date
