Qualifications:

  • Valid Ohio teaching license (Certification in PK–3 preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
  • Practicing Catholic preferred
  • Successful completion of BCI/FBI background checks
  • Completion of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s child protection requirements

Responsibilities:

Position: Administrative Assistant

For 2026-2027 School Year

This role provides administrative, clerical, and operational support to the Principal while assisting in the management of school resources, including staff, students, and daily office functions. The position also serves as the primary point of contact for families, students, staff, and visitors, fostering a welcoming, professional, and faith-centered environment

Full time non-exempt position

Reports to the principal

*Manage day-to-day school office operations.

*Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to routine inquiries.

*Track and monitor staff attendance, including sick time.

*Prepare attendance reports.

*Support school events and activities, including occasional evenings/weekends.

*Assist in emergencies and coordinate outside assistance when necessary.

*Maintain current data for school and visitor management systems.

*Maintain accurate and confidential student records.

*Assist with student registration, records, and enrollment processes.

*Coordinate transportation/busing communication with local public schools.

*Keep principal formed as needed concerning daily operations, enrollment, and other school related activities and events

*Work closely with the tuition manager and school staff, in conjunction with the principal.

Requirements;

  • Proficiency in Google Workplace and Microsoft Office Suite, as needed

  • Strong organizational skills, manage calendars, schedules

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, discretion with confidential information

  • Technical experience to learn operational systems
