Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church has an opening for a Hispanic Ministry Coordinator.

This full-time position will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate Spanish-language liturgies
    • Train and manage volunteers.
  • Coordinate Faith Formation
    • Promote and connect Hispanic adults and families to parish faith formation programs.
  • Manage publicity, promotion, and communication of parish Hispanic ministry programs.

Bachelor’s Degree in Theology preferred.
Present at weekend Spanish Masses and for evening parish programs as scheduled.

Candidates must be fully bilingual Spanish – English.
Fluency in English and Spanish conversation, reading and writing is required.
Competency with social media and computer skills required.
Public speaking, presentation skills preferred.

Saint Luke, Beavercreek, is looking for a full-time pastoral minister to fill an adult-faith coordinator position.  Position responsibilities include administration and leadership in catechetical, enrichment and renewal programming for adults, small faith communities, families and parish ministries, and adult components of sacramental preparation including RCIA / RCIC coordination.  The position involves team work with three other parish faith coordinators ( early childhood and PSR, youth and young adult and the parochial school ) in parish-wide, family-formation and evangelization efforts as well as ministry-adaptability in uncertain COVID circumstance.  Applicants need a personal-faith presence, a commitment to formation and renewal, an appropriate background (education and experience), relevant computer skill, and ability to work with volunteers and staff.

Come join the team at the Northwest Dayton Catholic Region (Precious Blood, St Rita, and St Paul)!  This exciting new position blends the traditional roles of Youth ministry with our Children Faith Formation Program.   In this new position the selected candidate will work with youth ages 4 through 18. Responsibilities include directing our Parish School of Religion along with teen youth ministry.  The successful candidate with possess a strong desire to work with children within these age groups, have some experience in one or both area, possess excellent communication skills, completed a college degree  (Theology preferred but not mandatory)  and have a desire for continuing education in personal skills development as it equates to the work) .
