Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Parish in Dayton, OH is now accepting resumes for two full-time custodian positions.

First shift hours of 8:00 am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

Primary responsibility will be performing day to day cleaning requirements of an elementary school building and assisting with ground maintenance.

Second shift for the hours of 2:00 pm-10:30 pm Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities will include scheduled cleaning in both school and church buildings, room set up & tear down for activities in church lower level, assisting with ground maintenance and church building lock up.

General list of responsibilities: school cafeteria cleaning, floor maintenance, cleaning & stocking of restrooms, trash removal from buildings, room set up/tear down/reset for room activities and meetings, assisting with lawn care (mowing, edging, trimming) & snow removal.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Role: 

Reporting to the Director of Mission Advancement, the Relationship Manager establishes relationships with financial donors and prospective financial donors to financially sustain the organization. S/he expands and diversifies the organization’s donor base and will work closely with staff and volunteers. This is a full-time position with demanding goals, requiring flexible scheduling. St. Albert the Great Parish in Kettering, OH is seeking a full time bookkeeper.  The bookkeeper will oversee the parish and school’s financial data by maintaining accounts payable and receivables, prepare month ending reports and bank reconciliations.  Additional duties as needed.  The position includes full benefits. Salem Heights is a primary residence for retired Sisters as well as a place of hospitality for members of the Sisters of the Precious Blood in northwest Dayton, Ohio.  Salem Heights consists of 51 apartments allowing Sisters to age in place in a non-licensed setting of independent and assisted living with support services.  The administrator of Salem Heights is responsible for managing operations, staff, budgets, and participating in the strategic planning and implementation for the future of Salem Heights.

Candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in health care or social work related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years experience in health care or senior living center management.  A master’s degree or advanced health care certificate is desirable.  The preferred candidate will demonstrate the ability to work well as a team with a high degree of collaboration and dedication.  Commitment to a religious faith tradition is desirable.
