Join Us as the Assistant to the Principal and President
Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School seeks an organized, skilled and experienced person to serve as the assistant to the principal and president. Along with impeccable administrative skills, the assistant will bring energy and professionalism to the work of both offices and provide a steady approach to the day-to-day tasks of the principal and president.

Your Responsibilities:
As a full time 12-month team member, the assistant to the principal and president will:
● Coordinate, organize, and support the work and calendars of the president and principal
● Support the work of the CJ board of trustees and advisory committees
● Maintain confidential records and data for various school projects
● Collaborate with the members of the school leadership team
● Partner with the human resource coordinator for hiring and other compliance items
● Communicate effectively to both internal and external CJ community members

Your Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you need:
● A minimum of a high school diploma
● A minimum of 5-8 years working in an office and collaborative team environment
● Proficiency in understanding and utilizing Google Drive, Microsoft office products, databases, and
other software services
● Ability to uphold the highest standards of professionalism in maintaining confidentiality with
materials, information and situations involving employees, students, parents, and others.
● Ability to understand, appreciate, and articulate the unique characteristics of Catholic education in the Marianist and Notre Dame de Namur traditions.
● Meet all requirements contained in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s Child Protection Decree,
including the ability to complete and pass all necessary background checks and screenings necessary
to work in a Catholic school environment.
