St. Mary Magdalene Parish Family, which includes three (3) Catholic Churches and two (2) pre K-8 Catholic schools, is seeking a full-time Faith Formation Administrative Assistant to handle general administrative office duties, maintain parishioner databases, update Sacramental Records, help plan and organize events, and assist with other responsibilities as needed. Previous experience in an office setting is a plus. Candidates must be friendly and personable with good communication skills. Competitive compensation package commensurate with qualifications and experience includes medical, dental and vision benefits, 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, two (2) weeks paid vacation, and a $50,000 Life Insurance policy. The St. Joseph Pillar of Families, Family of Parishes which includes Holy Angels in Sidney, Sts. Peter and Paul in Newport, Sacred Heart of Jesus in McCartyville, and St Michael in Ft. Loramie is seeking a Director of Liturgy, Worship and Music. The Director of Liturgy, Worship and Music assists the pastor in establishing policies and guidelines for liturgy, worship, music and the sacraments. The Director of Liturgy, Worship and Music is responsible for coordinating all the liturgical aspects of parish life. This person ensures the liturgical celebrations of the Family of Parishes are well prepared and celebrated, directs efforts in liturgical catechesis for the faithful, and oversees the formation and training of lay liturgical ministries. Other responsibilities include: overseeing the liturgical staff including music ministers, sacristans, etc., and managing the Liturgy, Worship and Music Teams in the Family of Parishes.

Loramie is seeking a Director of Faith Formation. The Director of Faith Formation is responsible for supervising and managing the Faith Formation Teams in the Family of Parishes. The Faith Formation Teams are comprised of Coordinators and Youth Ministers for Youth (pre-K-5 through 12), Adult Faith Formation, and Marriage and Family Faith Formation. The Faith Formation Teams are responsible for all efforts of accompanying youth, adults, and families through the Process of Faith Formation so that the parish is fostering missionary disciples.  The Director of Faith Formation must be able to articulate and implement a clear vision/mission for Faith Formation to parents, youth, staff, and parishioners.

Saint Michael the Archangel Family of Parishes is seeking candidates for the following position: Associate Director of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship. This position is full-time with a regular but flexible schedule, working 40+ hours per week. The Associate Director of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship will serve as a member of the Evangelization and Christian Formation team. Ministry responsibilities include evangelization and Christian formation with youth and young adults. The Associate Director is a person who is a fully initiated and practicing member of the Catholic Church. A degree in Theology or Catholic Studies is preferred along with experience in leading and implementing comprehensive youth and young adult ministry.

The Evangelization Assistant (EA) reports to the Managing Director of Evangelization (DE) and is a key member of the Evangelization Team. The EA is a person who is passionate about accompanying individuals along their journey of discipleship and ultimately helping people become missionary disciples.  The EA helps the DE with administrative, logistical, and project management tasks, including managing communication for the team, coordinating events, developing materials, supporting volunteers, and assisting with budget and planning for new and existing evangelization programs and initiatives, often within a faith-based organization. Key duties often include administrative support, event planning, volunteer management, and assisting with the execution of strategic goals for evangelization programs.
