Immediate opening for a full-time Young Adult Minister for a well-established parish ministry serving 18-35 year old young adults using the “Win, Build, Send” model. This involves a lot of social, recreational, and weekend activities (bonfires, bible studies, volleyball, camping, swing dances, holy hours, brunches, liturgies, hayrides, mission trips, etc.). This translates to a potential commitment of over 50 hours per week. You will essentially be “paid to play & pray”! Fifteen of these hours per week are required in the office to facilitate this ministry (emailing, texting, calendar, bulletin, planning bible studies, meetings…). Must be a self-starter who is also able to follow the direction of the pastor, outgoing and organized, with strong people skills.
