The Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes which includes the Church of the Incarnation and St. Francis campuses, is seeking a Coordinator of Youth Sacraments & EDGE Support. The individual holding this position will accompany young people and their families along their journey of discipleship, specifically in their years of Sacramental Preparation for the unique mission of Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes.

This is a full-time 30 hour position reporting to the Managing Director of Evangelization.

Crescent Family of Parishes is seeking a Director of Music & Worship for the family.  Some duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates scheduling and planning of combined liturgies and coordinated approach to liturgical seasons within the parish family
  • Supervision of other staff musicians and supply help in the parish family
  • Ability to be sensitive and have respect for musical culture of the five parishes in family
  • Direct music at 2 parishes in the family whose music programs have been combined for many years
  • Trains, directs, and supervises one choir, instrumental ensembles, and cantor programs.
  • Excellent organ and piano skills with additional instrumental knowledge preferred
  • Oversight of Worship Commissions and Liturgical planning
  • Maintains and develops personal and professional skills

Qualified applicants for the Regional Director positions must:

Be a practicing Catholic in good standing (a registered member of a Catholic parish faith community).

Believe and profess the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church and be able to promote and proclaim them.

Have familiarity with various models of catechetical formation and youth ministry models.

Have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive to multiple locations with self-provided reliable transportation.

Have Advanced Certification or the equivalent in the Diocese of Greensburg or make a commitment to complete the certification within 24 months of employment.

Successfully pass Criminal Background Checks and complete Safe Environment requirements for the Diocese of Greensburg and maintain this clearance.

The position is full-time exempt. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends, is necessary to succeed in this position. The Regional Director will have office and storage space at multiple locations.
