The Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes, which includes the Church of the Incarnation and St. Francis campuses, is seeking an administrative assistant. This is a full-time position. Those interested in this position will be provide administrative support for the Director of Worship and other members of the staff as required and approved by the supervisor. Primary responsibilities include funeral preparation, church calendar tracking for worship, and other general administrative activities.
Required skills/abilities include well developed computer skills in the Microsoft 365 suite of applications, flexibility, and willingness to accept new tasks as needed, and excellent organizational skills. The candidate must have the ability to prioritize daily responsibilities during times of high activity, and excellent customer service skills, especially telephone etiquette.
