The Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes, which includes the Church of the Incarnation and St. Francis campuses, is seeking a database administrator.  This is a full-time position.  Those interested in this position will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Our Lady of Light Family parishioner database (currently eCatholic / Gabriel) and online calendar (currently CalendarWiz). The job requires a wide range of skills and abilities in database and calendar administration, reporting, and data analysis. Other responsibilities include coordinating the department’s donor services processes (receiving, data entry, thanking and receipting all donations) and training back-office staff.

Major responsibilities and essential functions include database administration, data extraction and reporting, calendar administration and other administrative functions.

The Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes which includes the Church of the Incarnation and St. Francis campuses, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will oversee and supervise all aspects of maintenance for Our Lady of Light Family, including the maintenance and janitorial staff.  This is a full-time position.  Major responsibilities include but are not limited to 1) instructing and monitoring maintenance staff in general custodial tasks, 2) responsible for communication with appropriate persons, 3) performing as an operations technician, 4) purchasing supplies for maintenance as needed and 5) maintains open file of emergency systems. i.e. plumbing, electrical, fire, sewage, underground tanks, etc.

Saint Michael the Archangel Family of Parishes is seeking candidates for the following position: Associate Director of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship and Coordinator of Love-in-action. This position is full-time with a regular but flexible schedule, working 40+ hours per week. The Associate Director of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship and Coordinator of Love-in-action will serve as a member of the evangelization team. Ministry responsibilities include the following: evangelization and Christian formation with youth and young adults. As the Coordinator of Love -in-action this person will serve as a liaison with the various Love-in-action groups within the six parishes. The Associate Director is a person who is a fully initiated and practicing member of the Catholic Church. A degree in Theology or Catholic Studies is preferred along with experience in leading and implementing comprehensive youth and young adult ministry.
