The Director of Administration is a key member of the Family Leadership Team (FLT) and reports directly to the pastor. The Director is responsible for effective administration and stewardship of the physical, financial, and human resources of the Family of Parishes (Family), supporting the pastor in his governance ministry. The Director is to be aware of and manage to required Archdiocese standards and compliance requirements. The position serves all the 800 households in our family of parishes, plans and implements an annual budget for the entire family, and helps provide policies and procedures for a small number of staff and our four small church buildings and attached facilities and grounds. Saint Agnes Catholic Church is seeking a spirit filled, liturgically trained musician to fill the position of Director of Music. This will be a full-time position offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Bachelor or Master’s degree in music and a liturgical certificate is preferred. Must have knowledge of the Rites of the Catholic Church, a desire to continue to grow professionally, and enjoy working with others.
Duties include developing and directing cantors and choirs in both Church and school. Keyboard experience, piano and/or organ is preferred. Hand bell experience is also desirable. Coordinating weekend, school, and other special Masses as well as Holy Days is required. In addition to Masses, the Music Director works with a team for funerals and weddings.
