The Vice President of Finance and Administration reports directly to the President/Rector and is responsible for the oversight and management of administrative operations and facilities of MTSM. Specific responsibilities include all activities related to human resources, finance and accounting, and managing the administrative, maintenance, and dietary staffs of the institution. Candidate must be able to lead in a way so as to build a collaborative team for the administrative operations of MTSM. This position is also responsible for the management of construction and remodeling projects on the campus.

The Coordinator of Parish Youth Catechesis has responsibility for transmitting the Gospel message to the parish and school community. This includes forming people of all ages to be disciples of Jesus Christ through sacramental preparation, catechesis, and catechist training. Qualifications include bachelor’s degree and three or more years of experience working as a director of development or in a role with demonstrated success securing funding from individual donors, conducting peer-to-peer fundraisers, and soliciting corporate sponsorships, identifying new donor prospects, building and maintaining relationships with donors, and writing and presenting grant and partnership proposals.

The Jesuit Spiritual Center, a Catholic retreat center, in Milford, Ohio seeks college graduates interested in pursuing ministry as part of the Ignite Missionary Program. This is a 1 – 2 year paid program working as a member of the Youth Ministry team. Missionaries live in an intentional faith community on the grounds of the Center in the renovated historic Rock House and receive health care, meals, and a personal stipend. They will develop skills in retreat ministry including planning, preparing, and facilitating youth retreats, leading small and large group activities. Missionaries will also have the opportunity to make the 19th Annotation of the Spiritual Exercises, receive spiritual formation, attend professional conferences, receive private music lessons, and gain non-profit leadership and business experience.
