Executive Summary

Reporting to the VP of Advancement, the Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the database. This position provides support to the Advancement Team and the Business Operations team by assisting with the creation of timely and accurate reports; developing and implementing policies to guide gift acceptance; developing and implementing policies for data entry and ensuring that the database effectively captures constituent and donor information and generates accurate financial and analytical reports.

Selected Duties

·        Plan and implement the consistent, accurate and timely processing and accounting of gifts.
·        Establish and maintain policies and procedures that ensure the integrity of all donor data in the Raiser’s Edge software system
and other data support systems for constituents and donors.
·        Add new alumni and perform biographical data updates for existing alumni.
·        Research lost alumni and investigate new alumni information based on returned mailings, email refusals,
phone disconnections and other data sources.
·        Make all updates from students to alumni status, add new parents and students to the database annually.
·        Provide support for Advancement officers and respond to donor inquiries.
·        Provide accurate reporting and regular reconciliation with the Business Operations team.
·        Establish and maintain donor acknowledgement services for timely reporting on gifts.
·        Develop constituent mailing lists for regular mailings (direct mail, Annual Report, Moeller Magazine, etc.)
·        Oversees the creation of the donor honor roll for the Annual Report
·        Other duties as assigned by the VP for Advancement

Qualifications

Extensive Blackbaud and/or Raiser’s Edge experience strongly preferred. Accounting experience a plus. Prior experience in institutional advancement and/or a school setting preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. In addition, the coordinator should: be a team player with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and possess strong problem-solving skills; possess strong IT and data entry skills; prefer working in a fast-paced environment; have the ability to organize and prioritize projects and workflow; and a desire to support the Mission of Moeller High School.

Compensation, Benefits and Hiring

Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. The position is full-time and year-round with some flexibility in the summer, and some ability to work remotely.

Our Lady of the Visitation Church (Cincinnati, Ohio), a parish of 2,400 families, is seeking a full-time Music Director to work with our cantors, adult choir, and school-aged choirs to continue developing our music program. The Music Director is responsible for directing all aspects of the music program including planning and providing music for weekend Masses, weekly school Masses, Holy Days, funerals, weddings, and other liturgical events. The Director of Digital Engagement is an innovative change agent and collaborative leader responsible for ongoing content creation geared toward evangelization, while at the same time evolving and improving the digital platforms and approaches of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Blessed Sacrament Church is seeking a Director/Coordinator of Religious Education to be a professional catechetical leader who will assist adults, adolescents and children of the parish in their faith formation. The position is full time and ideally would be filled with a practicing Catholic, in good standing with the Church who is a person of prayer committed to the authentic teaching of the Catholic faith.

St. Gertrude Church is seeking a full-time coordinator of youth ministry to join our Office of Evangelization & Faith Formation. The coordinator of youth ministry will be responsible for recruiting and forming adult and high school volunteers as teams of missionary disciples who will carry out the formation initiatives of junior high and high school teens. Secondarily, the coordinator will develop and execute content, curriculum, and programs for teens, with a primary focus on grades 9-12 and a secondary focus on grades 7-8.

Primary responsibilities are as follows:
Answer phone calls, record clear and accurate messages, answer routine questions, greets and assist parish visitors in a professional and friendly manner, maintain and keep updated hard copy and electronic information for the RE Office, maintain sacramental records appropriately, perform appropriate data entry functions, assist in preparing for faith formation programs and Sunday classes, coordinate and follow up with volunteer training compliance, assist and support the CRE in accomplishing parish and office goals as needed.
