The Community of the Good Shepherd, located in Montgomery, Ohio, is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance person who will work with our maintenance team to help maintain our 90,000 square foot campus, and 13 acres of land. The successful candidate will also perform routine repairs to maintain continuous and effective operations.  Candidates must be able to lift and maneuver heavy objects safely, and work independently. Mechanical skills (i.e., electrical/wiring) and plumbing, painting, carpentry, etc. are an added plus! The person in this position will work closely with the Director of Facilities, and two other maintenance staff members. The person in this role must have the ability to communicate professionally, and be able to work cooperatively. Qualified candidates should be flexible and able to prioritize tasks. Some weekend work may be required.  All employees are subject to the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s Decree on Child Protection Guidelines through the SafeParish platform.
