Saint Michael the Archangel Family of Parishes is seeking candidates for the following position: Associate Director of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship. This position is full-time with a regular but flexible schedule, working 40+ hours per week. The Associate Director of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship will serve as a member of the Evangelization and Christian Formation team. Ministry responsibilities include evangelization and Christian formation with youth and young adults. The Associate Director is a person who is a fully initiated and practicing member of the Catholic Church. A degree in Theology or Catholic Studies is preferred along with experience in leading and implementing comprehensive youth and young adult ministry.

The Coordinator of Youth Sacraments (Coordinator) reports to the Managing Director of Evangelization and is a key member of the Youth Evangelization Team. The coordinator is a person who is passionate about accompanying young people and their families along their journey of discipleship, specifically in their years of Sacramental Preparation.

The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with individuals at various ages: parents, elementary aged, and middle-school aged youth. As such, they can engage and adapt theological concepts that are accessible to each age group. The Coordinator of Youth Sacraments should be a committed Catholic disciple with experience in creating and implementing content, comfortable and energetic in front of large groups of people, and able to accompany whole families in their sacramental journeys. This person should also be a team player who understands ministry in a large church context, a self-starter, reliable, detail-oriented, and driven who is excited to join a growing Catholic community with a vibrant culture. The role will require a firm understanding of our parish mission, vision, and youth discipleship pathway.

The Evangelization Assistant (EA) reports to the Managing Director of Evangelization (DE) and is a key member of the Evangelization Team. The EA is a person who is passionate about accompanying individuals along their journey of discipleship and ultimately helping people become missionary disciples.  The EA helps the DE with administrative, logistical, and project management tasks, including managing communication for the team, coordinating events, developing materials, supporting volunteers, and assisting with budget and planning for new and existing evangelization programs and initiatives, often within a faith-based organization. Key duties often include administrative support, event planning, volunteer management, and assisting with the execution of strategic goals for evangelization programs.

Holy Family of God Family of Parishes, St. Augustine Church in Waynesville, OH is seeking individuals for part-time liturgical musician duties. Responsibilities include playing for the regular parish liturgical celebrations, including weddings and funerals, training parish choir, and preparing the assembly for liturgies through rehearsals prior to liturgies. Must have proficiency in the use of the organ and piano, a working knowledge of other instruments which might be in liturgical music and an effective choral conductor. Flexible schedule available. This position requires some evening and weekend work.
