Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes strives to make heaven present here and now, by helping people walk with Jesus in their everyday life.  The Associate Director of High School Youth Evangelization (AD-HS) reports to the Managing Director of Evangelization and is a key member of the Youth Evangelization Team. The AD-HS accompanies youth, grades 9-12, and their families, through a discipleship path, so that they encounter Jesus and become missionary disciples.  The AD-HS is responsible for the overall running of the Life Teen program, supplemental programs and other opportunities for high school youth.

The AD-HS should be a committed Catholic disciple with experience in creating, adapting, and implementing content; comfortable and energetic in front of large groups of teens (and parents), and able to accompany youth and parents along their journey of discipleship; able to facilitate engaging small group discussion with teens; and comfortable with providing formation for adult volunteers.  This person should also be a team player who understands ministry in a large church context, a self-starter, reliable, has strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and driven.  The AD-HS should be excited to join a growing Catholic community with a vibrant culture and eager live out our parish mission, vision, and youth discipleship pathway.

St. Gregory the Great Family of Parishes has an opening for a full-time Maintenance Worker at its Immaculate Heart of Mary campus.  Located in Anderson Township, Immaculate Heart of Mary is a large parish with over 3,400 families.

The person in this role will perform cleaning and maintenance for all campus buildings, grounds, equipment and parish events as directed.

St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, a parish of 3,300 families, is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Director of Music.

The Director of Music is a professional who holds specialized credentials in music and who has a thorough understanding of Roman Catholic liturgy.  A person of strong faith and commitment to the Roman Catholic Church and her teachings, he/she is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and execution of music within the liturgical celebrations of the parish. The Director of Music reports directly to the Director of Worship and Sacraments and collaborates closely with the pastor and parish staff.

Parish is seeking a Full-time Parish Secretary. Provide receptionist service for the parish office and the Franciscan Friars.  Perform word processing and correspondence –including Bulletin.  Maintain records for the parish office, record notations for Sacramental records. Assist with payroll and some bookkeeping procedures.

Must have knowledge and skills related to computers, good communication skills and ability to relate to a variety of persons.

Not required, but fluency in English and Spanish would be an asset.

Compensation commensurate with Archdiocesan pay scale.

The Community of the Good Shepherd located at 8815 E. Kemper Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45249 is looking for a full-time bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper provides day-to-day fiscal and operational services, along with computer input/output services.

Applicants must have an associate degree in accounting, a good understanding of accounting principles, and experience working with non-profit organizations. The Mother of God Family of Parishes is seeking qualified candidates for the Director of Communication position.  The Director of Communication is a member of the Pastor’s Leadership Team within the Mother of God Family of Parishes, leading all efforts in communicating the evangelizing vision, ministries, resources, and community-building outreach of the Family of Parishes. The Director manages communications projects across multiple forms of media and works closely with staff to ensure a unified, consistent, on-brand message. The Director also plays an oversight role regarding activation of the vision including event hospitality, event promotion, and supports parish fundraising efforts. In any crisis communications situation, the Director acts as liaison with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati Communication Office.

The Mother of God Family of Parishes is comprised of 3 large parishes in Kettering, Ohio, each with an elementary school. The 3 parishes are Church of the Ascension, St. Albert the Great, and St. Charles Borromeo.
