The Communication Coordinator will support the internal and external communication efforts of Our Lady of Fatima Family of Parishes in coordination with the Executive Director of Pastoral Services. This role involves graphic design, writing, calendar coordination and print/digital media with the mission being to bring more souls to Christ through the formation of missionary disciples. The Communication Coordinator reports to the Executive Director of Pastoral Services. S/he will serve as a collaborative member of the parish team.

The Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter in Chains is seeking to fill a position for a bookkeeper.  This is a part-time role, 3 days per week.  $20.00-$22.00 per hour.

The bookkeeper should have experience and working knowledge of:

  • Accounts Payable, for payment of cathedral basilica vendor invoices.
  • Accounts Receivable, for depositing offertory gifts and donations.
  • Bank Statement Reconciliation.
  • Payroll processing, for the cathedral basilica staff and choir members.

Along with the expected skill sets for a bookkeeper, candidates should:

  • Be prepared to present prior work experiences references upon request
  • Have experience using Apple Mac computers

The Associate Director of Evangelization will share in the primary duties of the Director of Evangelization, ensuring that these primary functions of the parish remain well staffed.
