This position reports to the Director of Evangelization and is a key member of the Evangelization Team. This is a full-time (40 hours) position as Administrative Assistant in North Fairmount. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 830am – 430pm.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling the daily administrative tasks, record keeping and handling of money. The successful candidate will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, the ability to multi task, work independently and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and have strong computer skills. Bilingual preferred. Candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters and exhibit a Christian attitude in all dealings with parishioners and staff members.
