Eastside Catholics, encompassing St. Cecilia Catholic Church and St. Mary Catholic Church, is seeking a dedicated Sacramental Coordinator to support the growth of our vibrant pastoral region.  The Sacramental Coordinator will oversee and execute the processes associated with Baptism and Holy Matrimony, collaborate on strategic goals of the Office of Catechesis and Evangelization, assist with sacramental records, and manage the Office’s supply needs.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our parish team at our St. Mary Hyde Park Campus. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and smooth operation of our parish activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide bookkeeping to the parishes.
  • Prepare bank deposits and record receipts.
  • Prepare payables, including coding and payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Print payables, prepare them for the Pastor’s signature, and mail them out.
  • Input ACH Debits/Credits for St. Cecilia and Oratory.
  • Manage weekend collections for St. Cecilia and Oratory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations

The Community of the Good Shepherd located at 8815 E. Kemper Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45249 is looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Pastoral Care Minister. The person is this position provides compassionate support and guidance to individuals and families experiencing grief following the loss of a loved one, offering empathetic listening, and funeral planning assistance.

The successful candidate will also manage and oversee the various special Masses at the parish related to this position, along with working with our bereavement volunteers, assisting with the Wednesday evening Anointing Mass, overseeing the home communion volunteers, our prayer blanket volunteers, Parents of LGBTQ+ support group, and serve as the staff liaison for the various pastoral care ministries.

The Blessed Trinity Family is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Liturgy and Music Director at Corpus Christi and St. John Neumann Churches.

The Liturgy and Music Director is a professional musician and has a thorough understanding of Roman Catholic liturgy. A person of strong faith and commitment to the Roman Catholic Church and her teachings, he/she is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and execution of music within the liturgical celebrations of the parishes. This includes one daily Mass Tuesday thru Friday, two Masses on Saturday and two Masses on Sunday. As well as any funerals, weddings and family liturgies. The Liturgy and Music Director reports directly to the Pastor.

The Blessed Trinity Family of Corpus Christi, St. John Neumann, and St. John the Baptist, Dry Ridge Parishes, Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a full time Associate Director of Youth Evangelization. Our youth today are being led astray by the broader culture. Many are left wandering, searching, and with low self-esteem, but we have the answer! The Associate Director is an enthusiastic, self-starter who loves teaching, leading large and small groups, engaging with teens and sharing Christ with others.  This person accompanies youth, grades 6-12, and their families through a discipleship path, so that they encounter Jesus and become missionary disciples.

Requirements:

  • Complete and maintain SafeParish training and background check.
  • Be willing to attain a Professional Catechist with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.

Qualifications:

  • Strongly prefer a BA in Pastoral Ministry, Religious Studies, Theology, Religion Education, or related field or commensurate ministry experience.
  • Must have a broad understanding of, and ability to articulate, Church teaching.
  • Must have a dedicated personal prayer life, be in love with our Lord in the Eucharist and actively living their Catholic Faith.
