St. John Fisher Catholic Church, part of the St. Gregory the Great Family of Parishes, is looking for a qualified candidate for the part-time, 28 hour per week position of parish secretary/receptionist.

Primary responsibilities are as follows:
Provide receptionist services for the parish office, answering phone calls and greeting/assisting parish visitors in a professional and friendly manner, provide secretarial and clerical services to staff, provide bookkeeping/recordkeeping services for the parish, coordinate and schedule volunteers, prepare and oversee distribution of parish newsletter and other publications as needed, and assist Pastoral Associate in preparing for faith formation programs.

Qualifications for the ideal candidate include:
Working knowledge of and skill in using personal computers and office software programs, specifically Microsoft Office products; must be adept in creatively laying out copy for newsletter; must be organized and have the ability to effectively and professionally communicate verbally and in writing; must have ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters. Knowledge of PDS program is preferred but not required.

St Benedict the Moor Catholic School/Parish, 138 Gramont Ave Dayton, OH 45417, is seeking a Facility Manager. This is a full-time position, whose availability to respond to campus emergencies outside of normal business hours is needed. This position will perform preventative, general, and mid-level maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boiler and other equipment, furniture, and fixtures throughout the campus. In addition, this position will be responsible for painting and light carpentry work. An ability to read and interpret building blueprints and documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals is required.

Physical requirements of the position include significant lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling up to 50 pounds, reaching above shoulder level, climbing ladders, use of tools, and being able to withstand a variety of environmental conditions. The Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes, which includes the Church of the Incarnation and St. Francis campuses, is seeking a database administrator.  This is a full-time position.  Those interested in this position will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Our Lady of Light Family parishioner database (currently eCatholic / Gabriel) and online calendar (currently CalendarWiz). The job requires a wide range of skills and abilities in database and calendar administration, reporting, and data analysis. Other responsibilities include coordinating the department’s donor services processes (receiving, data entry, thanking and receipting all donations) and training back-office staff.
