Our Lady of Fatima Family of Parishes is NOW HIRING a Youth Ministry & Young Adult Coordinator in Miami County, Ohio!

The Youth Ministry & Young Adult Coordinator will joyfully mentor and form Our Lady of Fatima Family of Parishes’ (OLF) junior high and high school-aged students with Catholic formation and social engagements. The Coordinator will facilitate and arrange social and spiritual activities for the young adult community. This position reports to the Executive Director of Pastoral Services and will serve as a collaborative member of the parish team. OLF’s mission is to accompany people in becoming disciples of Christ!

REGION: Our Lady of Fatima Family of Parishes is in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati (NW-6 region) under the leadership of pastor, Fr. Eric Bowman, including: St. Patrick (Troy), St. Mary/St. Boniface (Piqua), Transfiguration (West Milton), St. Teresa of the Infant Jesus (Covington) and the Transfiguration Center for Spiritual Renewal/Lange Estate (Ludlow Falls). This area of Miami County, Ohio has charming communities and entertaining and convenient downtown environments. A growing young adult community is present, as well. There are safe and high-quality schools within the county, including those within the family of parishes: St. Patrick Catholic School (preK-8) and Piqua Catholic School (preK-8).

St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, a parish of 3,300 families, has an opening for the full-time position of Parish Faith Formation Assistant.

The individual in this position provides administrative and ministerial support for adult and youth faith formation programs within the parish.  The Assistant also supports ministries and volunteers and collaborates with the Director of Parish Faith Formation on parish-wide formation initiatives.

The Community Outreach Coordinator (Love in Action) executes the overall vision to advance human life, dignity, and care for creation within the framework of Catholic Social Teaching and organizes action through ministries of service and social justice. The Community Outreach Coordinator oversees and guides the various projects and programs in the family of parishes so as to maximize participation and foster collaboration across multiple ministries. This position is externally focused, working to engage our parishioners with those within our parish boundaries who are in need. The Eastside Family of Parishes (St. Cecilia and St. Mary Hyde Park) is seeking a faith‑driven, mission‑focused Director of Evangelization to lead our evangelization and catechetical ministries. This role guides the vision, development, and daily operations of the Office of Catechesis and Evangelization, helping parishioners grow as disciples and strengthening our outreach to the wider community.

About the Role

The Director oversees all evangelization and formation initiatives, supervises ministry coordinators, and collaborates closely with the Pastor as part of the Pastoral Leadership Team.  Key responsibilities include directing parish formation programs, managing the discipleship pathway, and coordinating digital partnerships such as Hallow and Formed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Office of Catechesis and Evangelization and supervise ministry staff
  • Guide parish formation programs, seasonal offerings, and pilgrimages
  • Oversee outreach efforts rooted in the corporal and spiritual works of mercy
  • Manage office goals, budget, and strategic planning
  • Serve on the Pastoral Leadership Team and collaborate with the Pastor

Qualifications

  • Degree in Theology or equivalent formal formation
  • At least three years of parish experience in catechesis or evangelization
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • A collaborative spirit and a strong personal prayer life
  • Availability for some evening and weekend ministry
