The Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes, which includes the Church of the Incarnation and St. Francis campuses, is seeking an Interim Worship Assistant.  This is a part-time position (generally less than 20 hours/week.  Those interested in this position will provide support for the Managing Director of Worship.

The Director of Administration is a key member of the Family Leadership Team (FLT) and reports directly to the pastor. The director is responsible for effective administration and stewardship of the physical, financial, and human resources of the Family of Parishes (Family), supporting the pastor in his governance ministry.

As our family of parishes merge over the next few years, the Director of Administration will play a key role in reshaping operations. This role requires experience, creativity, and the ability to effectively lead the administration and facilities of the parish family in living out the parish’s vision fully.

The Coordinator of Religious Education is responsible for the overall administration, development, and implementation of the parish Religious Education programs at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish. This includes oversight of Catechesis of the Sacred Heart and St. Ann Parishes, Sacramental Preparation programs, and Children’s OCIA. The Coordinator ensures that all programs faithfully reflect the teachings and traditions of the Catholic Church while fostering spiritual growth within the parish community.
