Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and preventative tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning parish environment. This role also addresses service requests in a timely manner and supports the daily operations of all parish facilities by maintaining building systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components, while also assisting with custodial needs and event setup and teardown. The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, comfort, and efficiency of parish buildings and grounds.

The Coordinator of Religious Education and Liturgy at St. Helen Parish requires a Christ-centered, people-focused leader to manage the parish’s educational and liturgical programs. This role is vital for fostering spiritual growth and ensuring the smooth execution of worship services within the parish community. 

The primary functions of this position include both Religious Education and Liturgy coordination.

The Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes, which includes the Church of the Incarnation and St. Francis campuses, is seeking an Interim Worship Assistant.  This is a part-time position (generally less than 20 hours/week.  Those interested in this position will provide support for the Managing Director of Worship.

Primary responsibilities include funeral preparation, liturgical minister oversite, and Worship Committee lead and involvement.  Required skills/abilities include Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organizational and computer skills.

Eastside Catholics (St. Cecilia-Oakley, St. Mary-Hyde Park, and the Oratory of St. John Vianney at St. Anthony) is looking to hire a part-time administrative assistant  (approximately 24 hours per week) to perform a variety of tasks related to secretarial and administrative duties of the St. Cecilia Parish office and also assist in the secretarial and clerical support for the parish office operations.

St Margaret of York Parish in Loveland, Ohio, is seeking a full time Director of Music.

This position includes planning and playing at the liturgies for weekends (there are 4 weekend liturgies), holy days, funerals, weddings, as well as the school liturgies during the week on Tuesday mornings (working in conjunction with the school music teacher). The Music Director also conducts choir rehearsals once a week during the evening and trains cantors. The adult choir sings at one of the Sunday Liturgies throughout the academic year.

This position requires strong piano and organ skills, as well as energetic and skilled choir direction. It also demands an understanding of and sensitivity to the Catholic liturgy, and a familiarization with both traditional and contemporary music. It requires a working knowledge of audio/visual software and basic sound board skills.

The candidate should be a Catholic in good standing, must become “Safe Parish” certified (Child Protection Plan), and able to work well as part of the parish pastoral team.

Salary will be based on experience, skill, and the Archdiocesan guidelines for full time employees. The parish also provides the Archdiocesan medical benefits package as well as a 401K.
