Queen of Martyrs and Our Lady of Grace a member of the Holy Spirit Family of Parishes, is seeking a part-time music minister. Primary responsibilities are to play for the three weekend liturgies – Saturday at 4:30 PM, Sunday at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. – and to conduct one weekly rehearsal with cantors the choir and other musicians.

The candidate must have proficiency in organ, piano and voice, with knowledge of the liturgy and good pastoral skills. The successful candidate is a team person, working with the staff members of the parish, as well as others in our family of parishes. St Benedict the Moor Catholic School/Parish is seeking a Facility Manager. This is a full-time position, whose availability to respond to campus emergencies outside of normal business hours is needed. This position will perform preventative, general, and mid-level maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boiler and other equipment, furniture and fixtures throughout the campus. In addition, this position will be responsible for painting and light carpentry work. An ability to read and interpret building blueprints and documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals is required.

Physical requirements of the position include significant lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling up to 50 pounds, reaching above shoulder level, climbing ladders, use of tools, and being able to withstand a variety of environmental conditions. St. Clare Parish is seeking a qualified candidate for a part-time Administrative Assistant position in the parish office. The Administrative Assistant provides receptionist, secretarial, clerical, record-keeping and other general services to the parish staff.

The applicant must have excellent customer service skills, good computer skills with experience using various Microsoft Office programs, and good communication, organizational and record-keeping skills. The applicant must have the ability to prioritize and to be flexible, and must maintain confidentiality at all times. Previous experience working in a parish office is desired, but not required.

St Helen Parish (NE7), located in Riverside, OH, is seeking a Facility Manager who will report to the Parish Manager. This is a full-time, working and supervisory position, whose availability to respond to campus emergencies outside of normal business hours is needed. This position will perform preventative, general, and mid-level maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment, furniture and fixtures throughout the campus. In addition, this position will be responsible for painting and light carpentry work, snow removal and lawn maintenance as needed. An ability to read and interpret building blueprints and documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals is required.

A minimum of three years’ experience is required and experience with HVAC is considered a plus. Physical requirements of the position include significant lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling up to 50 pounds, reaching above shoulder level, climbing ladders, use of tools, and being able to withstand a variety of environmental conditions. The Holy Face of Jesus Parishes are currently seeking a full time Coordinator of Youth Ministry who will be part of the Evangelization Team.  The coordinator of youth ministry will be responsible for our weekly LifeTeen program, which regularly draws 120 teens.  They will be responsible for additional youth events, programs, and initiatives.  They will recruit and form adult volunteers.

Sacred Heart Church – Camp Washington, is seeking a part time Maintenance Worker to perform general maintenance duties. Work schedule will be 20 hours/week with some flexibility of days. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): grounds maintenance, minor plumbing & electrical repair, carpentry, painting, light cleaning.   Qualified candidates must be able to lift and move heavy objects, hold a valid driver’s license and have previous experience in a maintenance-related position.
