Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church (Trenton, OH) is seeking a part time Director of Music Ministry to serve our parish of 200 families. The Director of Music Ministry plans & leads music for 2 weekend liturgies, all holy day liturgies, and special liturgies as needed (including All Souls evening prayer & First Communion). When requested will provide music for funerals and weddings for additional compensation. The Director of Music Ministry will hold choir rehearsal outside of Mass times and conduct the choir during weekend liturgies and on holy days. Will attend staff meetings for liturgical planning. Will be responsible for scheduling maintenance of sound equipment and music equipment when needed. Successful candidates will be proficient in organ/keyboard & have strong vocal skills. Must be a practicing Catholic with a strong liturgical knowledge as evidenced by experience in liturgical music ministry and/or formal training credentials. Must have the ability to lead the congregation in praise through music and direct & recruit volunteer musicians (choir, cantors & other musicians). Will be familiar with the operation of professional sound equipment. Must pass a background, reference and criminal check & be SafeParish trained or successfully complete SafeParish training prior to employment.

The Community of the Good Shepherd located in Montgomery, Ohio is looking to hire a seasonal employee to perform outside landscaping work during the months of June through August/September.  This will be a full-time position. St. Ignatius of Loyola Church is a dynamic, large-sized Roman Catholic community located in the Green Township area of Cincinnati. It’s campus includes the parish church, offices, and a thriving pre-K through eighth grade elementary school. The parish is particularly known for its education, outreach, and athletic activities for people of all ages.

The parish now has an opening for a Director of Finance and Administration. The Director will have oversight of the physical, financial, and personnel resources of the parish. He or she will be responsible for the budgeting, financial reporting, and human resource functions for the parish. The Director will work collaboratively with the pastor and staff members, as well as with the parish Finance Commission to advance the mission and priorities of the parish.

The successful candidate will have at least five years experience in business management, preferably in a parish environment. Salary commensurate with background and experience. Some weeknight and weekend availability is required. The position is 12 month, full-time and exempt.

The Northeast 3 Family of Parishes is seeking a Director of Administration. The Director is a key member of the Family Leadership Team (FLT) and reports directly to the pastor.  The Director is responsible for effective administration and stewardship of the physical, financial, human resources and technology of the Family of Parishes (Family), supporting the pastor in his governance ministry.  The Director is to be aware of and manage the required archdiocesan standards and compliance of requirements. The Director supervises business managers who oversee bookkeepers and maintenance personnel of the six parishes which serve the 4,000 households in the Family. The Director consults with and advises the pastor and principals on business and administrative matters that affect the parishes and schools. The Director assists the pastor in creating and leading the plan of eventual consolidation of temporal goods into a single parish with multiple churches as required by Beacons of Light. The Director prepares, administers, and reviews the budget process in collaboration with finance and other commissions, and helps provide policies and procedures for staff and properties in the six parishes. This is a full-time, 12 months position with benefits.
