Our Lady of Light Family of Parishes is seeking a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance / Custodial Technician is responsible for custodial services, general maintenance, and preventative maintenance to ensure parish buildings and grounds remain safe, clean, and operational. This role supports parish operations by maintaining facilities, responding to maintenance requests, assisting with event setups, and ensuring the proper functioning of building systems.

Crescent Family of Parishes is seeking an Accounting and Payroll Manager. The Accounting and Payroll Manager oversees the financial operations and payroll of Crescent Parishes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across all parish campuses, managing a team of two accountants, and ensuring all employees are paid promptly and correctly. This role serves as a key financial partner to the Director of Administration and is required to attend quarterly Finance Council meetings to present and report on parish finances.

The Director of Administration is a key member of the Family Leadership Team (FLT) and reports directly to the pastor. The director is responsible for effective administration and stewardship of the physical, financial, and human resources of the Family of Parishes (Family), supporting the pastor in his governance ministry.

As our family of parishes merge over the next few years, the Director of Administration will play a key role in reshaping operations. This role requires experience, creativity, and the ability to effectively lead the administration and facilities of the parish family in living out the parish’s vision fully.
