This is a full-time (40 hours) position as Administrative Assistant in North Fairmount. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 830am – 430pm.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling the daily administrative tasks, record keeping and handling of money. The successful candidate will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, the ability to multi task, work independently and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and have strong computer skills. Bilingual preferred. Candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters and exhibit a Christian attitude in all dealings with parishioners and staff members. All employees must be in compliance with the Decree of Child Protection.

St. Gaspar Family of Parishes is seeking a full-time Director of Communications to oversee, implement, and enhance our existing communications strategy across our six parishes and school. This role is responsible for managing digital and print content, brand identity, social media, websites, bulletins, newsletters, and external messaging to ensure consistent communication that reflects our Catholic mission and values. The Director will collaborate with pastors, parish and school staff, ministries, and councils, while also serving as the primary media contact and liaison with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Candidates should bring relevant experience in communications, marketing, or graphic design, strong writing and interpersonal skills, proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms, and a commitment to the teachings of the Catholic Church. Some evening and weekend work is required.

Holy Redeemer Parish, part of Christ Our Light Family of Parishes, is seeking a Coordinator of Religious Education/Youth Minister for Grades 7-12.  This dual role position oversees and coordinates the total catechetical and youth ministry efforts for Grades 7-12 at Holy Redeemer, in alignment with parish and Archdiocesan goals.  The Coordinator of Religious Education (CRE) manages administrative, programmatic, and sacramental elements of the catechetical programs, while also developing and leading vibrant youth ministry opportunities to engage teens in the life of the Church.
