Saint Michael the Archangel Family of Parishes – is seeking a full-time Parish Secretary to serve at St. Luke the Evangelist in Beavercreek. This key role provides front office reception, clerical support, and administrative assistance to parish leadership and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional presence for parishioners and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will be organized, discreet, proficient in office technology, and committed to supporting the mission of the Saint Michael the Archangel Family of Parishes. Our Lady of Hope Parish Family (C3) is in search of a faith-filled, vibrant and welcoming person to be Coordinator of Evangelization and Catechesis, assisting with both adult and youth faith formation within our family of parishes.

Primary responsibilities will be to serve as lead catechist and process coordinator for OCIA and OCIC, helping prepare adults and youths to enter the Church at Easter and other points throughout the year. Most OCIA classes for adults and high school youth will meet one night per week from August through Pentecost, and on Sundays during Lent, although individualized catechesis may be necessary at other times during the week.  This position will also lead the OCIC process and catechesis for youths 8 to 14 years old. The Coordinator will be expected to maintain extended relationships with newly initiated Catholics and support/accompany them as they continue to grow in their faith.  Additional responsibilities may include participation on the staff evangelization team, exploring opportunities and methods to engage and form parishioners. The ideal candidate shall have had formal post-high school faith formation, (preferably a Bachelor’s degree or certificate in a field such as Theology, Catechetics and Evangelization, or Pastoral Ministry) and/or experience in the missionary field or parish pastoral work.  The candidate should be proficient with office computer applications, as frequent electronic communication and Sacramental record keeping are required.

The Coordinator of Evangelization and Catechesis will report directly to the Director of Evangelization as well as have a functional relationship with the Director of Youth Evangelization.

The Director of Communications provides an overall vision for the communications of the St. Gregory the Great Family (parishes and schools) that reflects our mission and values. This position serves as the primary contact for all internal/external communications and will report directly to the Pastor. The St. Gregory the Great family includes three churches and two schools: Guardian Angels parish and school, Immaculate Heart of Mary parish and school & St. John Fisher parish.

The St. Rose Family of Parishes is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Evangelization. This person will report to the Director of Evangelization (DoE) and is a key member of the Evangelization Team (EV team). The Associate Director will be in charge of the discipleship path and programming for children (K-5) and youth (6-12). They will also be in charge of Sacramental Preparation for First Reconciliation/First Communion (2nd grade) and Confirmation (7th-8th grades). Currently, there is no youth ministry. This person will be assisted in these tasks by the Director of Evangelization and will need to work well with said Director.  The successful candidate must understand that the goal of bringing all people to Christ and His Church is a task that cannot be done in a vacuum. We will be always operating from a principle of whole family catechesis and evangelization, not just the kids.

10-15 hours per week; approximately 40 to 45 weeks. Fixed hours during the majority of the school year and flexible during break periods. Looking for 1-3 part-time assistants.
