St. Vivian Church, in Finneytown, is accepting applications for the position of maintenance worker.  This is a full-time position, handling the custodial/maintenance needs of our parish and school. Candidate must be self-motivated, good with the public, and detail-oriented. Hours are 9:30 am – 6:00 pm on school days and 7:30 am – 4:00 pm when school is not in session.  Duties include cleaning, floors, light maintenance, grounds keeping, snow removal, etc. The candidate must be capable of lifting heavy objects and handling stairs. Employment is contingent upon meeting all background checks and SafeParish requirements.

The Queen of Apostles Community is seeking a part-time Choir Director.

The Choir Director would be responsible for the preparation and provision of music ministry to the Queen of Apostles Marianist Community at Bergamo, Mt. St. John, Beavercreek, OH for all Sunday Liturgies and other
Community activities to include, but not limited to, all Holy Day and Holy Week Liturgies, and
funerals.

Qualifications:
The Director must demonstrate competency in the fields of choral music for liturgies. A new
applicant for this position can demonstrate such competence and experience by submitting a
resume and credentials to the Community Coordinator, the Liturgy Committee, and by
personal interview before the selection committee.

St. Cecilia Church in Oakley is looking for a part-time Accountant-Bookkeeper. Flexible schedule, 16 to 20 hours a week.  Primary duties include: payroll administration, reconciling all deposits and payables.  Knowledge of Parish Soft is a plus. Reports directly to Finance/Operations Manager.

The Church of the Incarnation in Centerville, Ohio, is seeking candidates for the position of Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry.

The Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry will expand the current high school youth ministry program and will develop and initiate a young adult ministry. Candidates for this position should be self-starters who are strong in their faith and able to invite and excite young people to develop and grow in their relationship with Jesus and his Church.

This position is being expanded to focus on high school youth through young adults to age 35.

The Church of the Incarnation in Centerville, Ohio, is seeking candidates for the position of Director of Marketing.

The Director of Marketing helps to implement the church’s overall strategic plan for internal and external communications. This position is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of all marketing, church-wide communications, social media and media strategies. The Director of Marketing informs people in our area about the many programs and events at Incarnation. He/She invites people into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through the promotion and communication of events and ministry opportunities. The Director of Marketing reports to the pastoral administrator. This is a full-time salaried position.
