Saint Ursula Academy, located in East Walnut Hills, is a Catholic, college-preparatory, secondary school for young women, started by the Ursuline Sisters of Cincinnati.

Saint Ursula Academy is searching for a highly organized individual with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite software products with the ability to become proficient in other school related software programs to serve as the full-time Senior Administrative Assistant.   This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the school’s administrative functions by working closely with the administration team to manage emails, calendars, data, meetings, events, and communications while providing support in a variety of other administrative functions.  This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease, and a strong attention to detail. This is a 12-month, full-time position.

A high school diploma is required and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is required.

A competitive total compensation package includes medical, dental and vision insurance benefits, 403(b) retirement plan with a 6% employer contribution after 24 months of service, 10 days of paid vacation, paid holidays and 15 sick days, and a $50,000 life insurance policy with access to additional voluntary life for the employee, spouse and dependents. Saint Ursula Academy, located in East Walnut Hills, is a Catholic, college-preparatory, secondary school for young women started by the Ursuline Sisters of Cincinnati.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I who will report to the Facilities Manager. This is a full time, 12-month position whose availability to respond to campus emergencies outside of normal business hours is needed. This is an entry level position that will, once trained, perform preventative and general maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment, furniture and fixtures throughout the campus. In addition, this position will be responsible for snow removal, painting, carpentry work, other maintenance work, setting up/tearing down events, delivering packages, & cleaning as well as other work assigned.  An ability to learn to read and interpret building blueprints and documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals is required.

This is an entry level position and as such does not require previous experience; however, experience in any sort of maintenance is considered a plus. Physical requirements of the position include significant lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling up to 50 pounds, reaching above shoulder level, climbing ladders, use of tools, and being able to withstand a variety of environmental conditions.

Archbishop Moeller is an all-male, Catholic high school (grades 9-12) located in Cincinnati, OH. Founded by the Marianist order of Priests and Brothers, Moeller is a Catholic high school in the Marianist tradition. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize a variety of during- and after-school service-learning programs and experiences for students.
  • Lead and coordinate faith-based reflections of service programs to enhance student understanding and experiences of community service.
  • Organize the summer service trip program.
  • Ensure timely completion and reporting of required student involvement in community service experiences.
  • Support all Campus Ministry activities, including retreats, liturgies, prayer services, faith sharing groups, and more.
  • Work closely with House Deans and Athletic Department to offer service opportunities to all students.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local non-profit organizations and community partners.
  • Develop, foster, and empower student leadership

Qualifications

  • Practicing Catholic
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pastoral ministry, theology, or a related field.
  • Experience in organizing and leading service opportunities which are rooted in Catholic social teaching.
  • Ability to relate to and motivate high school-aged males in service to others.
  • Skilled in collaboration with small groups to create and implement programs.
  • Superior organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible time schedule, including occasional evening, weekend, and overnight hours.

Salary is based upon Moeller’s Teacher-Minister scale, tied to education and years of service in a Catholic High School. Grades 9-12:  Saint Ursula Academy is seeking a dynamic and energetic Substitute RELIGION teacher to cover for a maternity leave during the end of the second semester of the 2024-2025 school year. The dates needed are March 17, 2025 through May 22, 2025.  Applicants must have the certification to teach Religion in a Catholic school and should be prepared to plan and instruct courses that align with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s curriculum. This position will instruct Church and Sacraments as well as Old and New Testament.
