Seton High School, an all-girls Catholic high school sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati, seeks a school year based Mental Health and Wellness Clinician.  The school based clinician provides mental health psychotherapy to adolescents, children and families in an outpatient, school-based setting.  The clinician supports the mission of Seton High School in supporting students through crises/mental health challenges with a treatment team approach, and will support the goal of each student working within her Least Restrictive Environment. The candidate should uphold and model a moral code consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church, Sisters of Charity, the mission of Seton High School and Catholic education.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The clinician will be responsible for providing services related to the delivery of mental health care to assigned faculty, staff and students at Seton High School.
  • The clinician will demonstrate strong clinical and assessment skills and is instrumental in furthering the mission of Seton High School.
  • Provides mental health and wellness services and programs that foster prosocial skills and school engagement.
  • Works in partnership with the Academic Advisors, School Social Worker, School nurse and Administrators to identify the mental health needs of students.
  • Creates individualized treatment plans according to student needs and circumstances.
  • Meets with student caseload regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Conducts ongoing assessments of student progress in coordination with Seton administration, staff and family.
  • Provide counseling activities including but not limited to: enhancing coping skills, providing family functioning interventions, promoting communication and social interaction, school accountability and improved attendance; parenting education, substance abuse education and/or treatment, mental health counseling,
  • Develop staff in-service training programs in consultation with the Director of Student Support Services, Program Coordinator and School Social Worker.
  • Provide transparent and proactive communication to the Director of Student Support Services and Principal/Assistant Principal.
  • Participate in special education assessment meetings as well as Individual Educational  Planning Meetings and consulting for the Intervention Assistance Team as needed.

License and Experience

  • Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • At least two years of full-time experience working with students in need of mental health services.

Saint Ursula Academy is seeking an individual with at least 2-5 years’ experience in a nonprofit fundraising, marketing, or sales environment; Experience with data import/export, queries, and designing and generating reports from a relational database; Experience with managing a database and web-based systems.  The school currently uses Bloomerang for donor management; Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.  Must be proficient with Windows, Microsoft office products, Google documents and donor management and other fundraising software tools.

Saint Ursula Academy is seeking an individual with at least 2 years’ experience in a retail environment to manage the school’s spirit wear retail store. Managerial experience is considered a plus.  Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail oriented, have excellent organization skills and be able to multi-task while working in a busy environment.

Must be proficient with Google, Microsoft office products, and QuickBooks POS retail system.  Must have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Mother Brunner School is seeking a library media specialist.  The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall organization and effectiveness of the school library media center. The media specialist will coordinate and supervise the workflow of the Media center

The candidate should possess some technology background and embraces flexibility as the center and school evolve.

Duties include supervising and maintaining the library. Selected candidate works with the principal to create a vison as well as the short and long term center goals. The library media specialist ensures all materials are properly cataloged, maintains current inventory on all items, preforms preventative maintenance on items to eliminate premature failure, and administers the information management system.

Candidate should possess good verbal and written communication skills, while collaborating with school faculty, staff, and parents along with staying current on school activities and events Candidate should be self-directed, work well under time constraints, manages multiple projects simultaneously and manages student behavior and physical safety.

Job revolves around the school year. Part time, 3 days per week, 8 am-4pm with most paid holidays. Few evenings required around school events. Experienced (3 yrs. +) and certified candidates preferred. Catholic Preferred. High school education as minimum

The preferred candidate:

  • Has computer skills and familiarity with the Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Has strong written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Has experience utilizing progress monitoring assessments such as NWEA MAP and/or using data to drive instruction and student learning
  • Has experience working with federal funding programs such as Title I, II, III, & IV
  • Has a conversational fluency in the Spanish language
  • Has an ENL license or knowledge of ENL academic programing

Requirements:

  • Holds a Bachelors or Masters college degree and holds (or is eligible for) an Indiana elementary supervision and administration license.
  • Has knowledge of the Catholic Faith and is a practicing/participating Catholic in good standing with the Church
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in Catholic schools as either a teacher or administrator
