Supportive supervision, attention to details, and oversight of operations to ensure programmatic and financial accountability are key aspects of this role.  The prompt and effective delivery of service engagement and responsible stewardship are the expectations of this team member’s work. St. Thomas More Parish and School has an immediate opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician position.  This is a full time, 12-month position with benefits.  This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and assists with the maintenance and repair of property, equipment and grounds. Responsibilities include but are not limited to custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal and freshening up restrooms; maintaining floors including stripping and waxing as needed; lifting/moving heavy equipment and furniture.  The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge of using hand tools and be able to respond to daily maintenance issues while prioritizing tasks.

The Client Engagement and Education (CE&E) Assistant participates in day-to-day activities at Pregnancy Center West (PCW), under the direction of the Client Engagement & Education Manager (CEEM). The CE&E Assistant maintains relationships with clients, community members/referral agencies, fellow staff, and Client Advocates/volunteers. General responsibilities include assessing education needs among PCW clients and their family members and supporters, recommending appropriate educational classes and materials, and tracking completion thereof. The CE&E Assistant also assists with distribution of material goods as appropriate and approved and assists with planning and facilitating fundraising events.

We are seeking enthusiastic and organized candidates for the position of Pastoral Associate for Children’s Faith Formation for our dynamic parish of 2,700 families.  The primary responsibility for this position is the coordination of the Parish School of Religion (PSR), including sacramental preparation for first eucharist and reconciliation, for the children of St. John.  Additionally, this position will assist in the coordination of PSR across the Tri-County Catholics family of parishes (St. John, St. Michael and St. Gabriel). There are also responsibilities for creating and monitoring a budget, working as a member of the Pastoral Team on other parish activities in addition to working with the Youth Minister on Junior High Youth Ministry activities.

Successful candidates will be proficient with outlook software and familiar with database management software. Candidates must be practicing Catholics with an undergraduate degree (masters preferred) in education, theology or pastoral ministry.  Previous experience in education and knowledge of Spanish are helpful.
