Old St. Mary’s and Sacred Heart Churches are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant.  Candidates must be highly organized, proactive and able to handle sensitive information discreetly. Duties include, but are not limited to assisting the pastor, answering phones, assisting with parishioner and staff needs, maintaining databases, creating Sunday bulletins and monthly newsletters, ordering supplies, updating sacramental records, and assisting with other general office responsibilities. Previous experience in an office setting is required.

The Divine Mercy Family of Parishes Is seeking a versatile and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team as the assistant to the Pastor.  The successful candidate for this multifaceted role will be a practicing Catholic with excellent knowledge of the Catholic faith. He/she must have a welcoming demeanor with a flexible personality who can adapt to in-person environments – interacting with staff, and families in a friendly manner.  Responsibilities include a variety of administrative tasks, requiring proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn parish management software. Candidates must have strong communication and writing skills, capable of serving as a liaison between the Pastor and parishioners.  The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented in all tasks, outgoing, and professional.
