Auction Coordinator
The Auction Coordinator plays a pivotal role in organizing and executing the annual Moonlight Gala ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.  This part-time position (20-hours per week, 10 months annually) requires meticulous planning, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.  The Auction Coordinator collaborates with the Director of Advancement and Director of Marketing to ensure all aspects of the Gala are fulfilled from marketing to participant and volunteer engagement and post event follow-up.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Proven experience in event coordination, preferable in the nonprofit sector or fundraising events
