The Gala Coordinator plays a pivotal role on the Advancement Team in organizing and executing the annual Moonlight Gala ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes. This part-time position (10-20 hours per week dependent on the time of year, 9 months annually) requires meticulous planning, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. The Gala Coordinator ensures all aspects of the Gala are fulfilled, from marketing to participant and volunteer engagement and post-event follow-up. This position works to achieve the fullest attainment of the mission and vision and to continue the charism of the Sisters of Mercy in the school.

The Good Shepherd Catholic Montessori (GSCM) is located in the Madison Place neighborhood of Columbia Township, Ohio, on a 13-acre campus. Position Overview
GSCM is seeking a part-time Intervention Specialist for our Middle School environment (Grades 7âEUR”8). If you thrive in supporting others and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, this position may be an excellent fit. This role is part of the Student Support team and works collaboratively with classroom teachers to meet the diverse learning needs of students. The Intervention Specialist supports students with IEP goals and provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions for other students, helping to ensure access to the curriculum and meaningful academic progress. The ideal candidate possesses a deep respect for the adolescent, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to support both students and lead teachers. Montessori experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates should be willing to learn and support the Montessori method.

Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week (Thursday 10:30 to 3:00pm required)

Responsibilities
Provide direct support to students with IEPs in alignment with established goals
Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions for students needing additional academic support
Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt and modify curriculum and instruction
Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation
Participate in Student Support team collaboration and communication

Qualifications
Valid teaching license in Special Education required
Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and support staff
Montessori experience preferred, but not required
Familiarity with the Jon Peterson Scholarship Program preferred
Ability to meet Archdiocese of Cincinnati SafeParish requirements
Successful completion of a background check prior to employment

The Communications Coordinator is a creative, organized, and detail-oriented professional responsible for developing and managing content in support of the mission, vision, and priorities of the St. Gregory the Great Family of Parishes. This position designs graphics, captures photos, writes, edits, and proofreads content for use in digital and print mediums. The Communications Coordinator leads the production of the weekly parish bulletin, email newsletters, and social media strategy, and reports directly to the Director of Communications.
