This leader is deeply grounded in curriculum, pedagogy, faculty formation, and accreditation, and brings a leadership-oriented lens to academic design. While not expected to personally design all leadership programming, the Dean must value, understand, and intentionally integrate leadership formation into curriculum and learning experiences in collaboration with school leadership.
