Are you excited about your Catholic faith?  Do you want to share this enthusiasm with our youth?  Our parishes are dynamic communities with great potential to better reach out and serve our youth.  The Tri-County Catholics Family of Parishes seeks a full- time Director of Youth.  This person will be responsible for a parish-based ministry to junior and senior high youth, along with outreach to college-age and young adults in these parishes, in collaboration with the Director of Youth Ministry at St. John Church. We are seeking a person to be active and visible with our students in St. Michael School, and to collaborate with St. Gabriel Consolidated School; to plan events integrating catechesis and service with social, community-building activities. They will foster close communication with families of youth and collaborate with sports teams and scouts.  The director will assist in developing a ministry with young adults in the area, both those currently attending a university and those who have graduated, building on the progress which has already been made.  Other duties may be assigned as needed by the parish or discerned with the Pastor. Within the Tri-County Catholics Family of parishes, our staff members realize that job descriptions and roles will likely be reimagined during the Beacons of Light pastoral planning process.

A Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Catechesis/Education, or a related field is preferred.  Spanish speaking ability will be a plus. The applicant will need to be SafeParish compliant before beginning work.

The Community of the Good Shepherd located at 8815 E. Kemper Rd., Cincinnati, OH  45249 is looking for a part-time Audio-Visual Coordinator. The person in this position will be responsible for operating the computer and video projector equipment which shows the Sunday Communion meditation, as well as, recording special events/programs, and Masses. The person in this role will assist with the live streaming of the morning Masses and funerals as needed, perform routine maintenance tasks on the electronic equipment, maintain/archive meditations, back up computer files, and serve as the staff liaison to the audio-visual ministry.

The person in this position must know, or learn, how to use the program Proshow Audiovisual and the Easy Worship Software and any other software that is purchased and used during each of the Masses or special events/programs.

This is a 20–25-hour weekly position requiring weekends, weekday mornings, afternoon, and some evening hours. There is flexibility with the schedule.
