The Mental Health Therapist will be bilingual in Spanish and will provide culturally competent mental health services to children and adults who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. Therapist will complete diagnostic assessments and make recommendations appropriate mental health treatment. Therapist will work with individuals and their families in treatment to help them reach their therapeutic goals and reduce symptoms of distress and major mental illness. The Director of Sacred Music will be part of a zealous staff leading people to holiness, through worship, truth, and beauty. The Director of Sacred Music is the organist as well as the choir director who is responsible for all aspects of the sacred music program including planning and providing music for weekend Masses, weekly school Masses, holy days, funerals, weddings, and other liturgical events. The Business Manager is an administrator in support of the Pastor’s responsibilities to the parish. The administrator is a steward of the financial, personnel, and physical resources of the parish.
Major Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of the financial management of the parish, including the church, school, and miscellaneous other parish organizations
- Leading the human resource function of the parish including hiring, personnel management, and supervision of various departmental employees
- Managing all physical facilities of the church and school
- Administering many different aspects of managing the parish on a day-to-day basis
Key Skill, Knowledge and/or Abilities
- College degree desired and/or five to ten (5-10) years ministry experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Good quantitative analytical skills, including financial management
- Excellent communication, organization, and facilitation skills
- Comfortable with computer, including ability to manage online parish systems
- Some experience with facilities management
- Some supervisory experience
- Leadership, facilitating and consulting skills
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends

As a member of the CSSMV Pregnancy and Parenting Services staff, the Community Health Navigator supports positive parenting outcomes for pregnant, parenting parents and their children – specifically providing support for pregnant mothers/expecting fathers and parents of children under the age of one to ensure a healthy outcome for pregnancy and for infants to successfully reach age one. The focus of services is to address infant mortality and the racial disparity of infant mortality in the African American community. As a Community Health Navigator, this position provides outreach in the community to form relationships with individuals, businesses and nonprofits, located in areas of Montgomery County that are experiencing some of the highest rates of infant mortality, to bring awareness to this issue and to better locate parents who are in need of services. This position provides service linkages such as evidenced based home visiting, prenatal care, and services to impact the social determinants of health. The Community Health Navigator participates in data collection for measuring program outcomes. The position is a member of the CSSMV Pregnancy and Parenting Services department and participates in monthly team meetings, quality assurance activities, and agency activities.
