St. John the Baptist in Tipp City is searching for a part time pastoral musician who will lead the music at two weekend Masses, play for funerals and weddings, and other liturgies as agreed upon with the Region Director for the St. Gabriel Family of Parishes.  The candidate should be well versed in playing the piano, playing the organ, and leading and rehearsing the choirs for both weekend liturgies.  Compensation is based on liturgies and rehearsals led by the musician.  Must complete and maintain Safe Parish training and background check. Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America is now hiring full-time and part-time pro-life Field Representatives to help defeat the Ohio abortion ballot initiative and promote a culture of life in Ohio. Field Representatives go to targeted doors in their community to conduct a simple survey on pro-life issues with voters. Field Representatives’ starting pay is $15/hour with .30/mile expense reimbursement for their travels. Hours are flexible (up to 40 hours per week). The Northeast 3 Family of Parishes is seeking a Director of Administration. The Director is a key member of the Family Leadership Team (FLT) and reports directly to the pastor.  The Director is responsible for effective administration and stewardship of the physical, financial, human resources and technology of the Family of Parishes (Family), supporting the pastor in his governance ministry.  The Director is to be aware of and manage the required archdiocesan standards and compliance of requirements. The Director supervises business managers who oversee bookkeepers and maintenance personnel of the six parishes which serve the 4,000 households in the Family. The Director consults with and advises the pastor and principals on business and administrative matters that affect the parishes and schools. The Director assists the pastor in creating and leading the plan of eventual consolidation of temporal goods into a single parish with multiple churches as required by Beacons of Light. The Director prepares, administers, and reviews the budget process in collaboration with finance and other commissions, and helps provide policies and procedures for staff and properties in the six parishes. This is a full-time, 12 months position with benefits.
