The Northeast 3 Family of Parishes is seeking a Director of Administration. The Director is a key member of the Family Leadership Team (FLT) and reports directly to the pastor.  The Director is responsible for effective administration and stewardship of the physical, financial, human resources and technology of the Family of Parishes (Family), supporting the pastor in his governance ministry.  The Director is to be aware of and manage the required archdiocesan standards and compliance of requirements. The Director supervises business managers who oversee bookkeepers and maintenance personnel of the six parishes which serve the 4,000 households in the Family. The Director consults with and advises the pastor and principals on business and administrative matters that affect the parishes and schools. The Director assists the pastor in creating and leading the plan of eventual consolidation of temporal goods into a single parish with multiple churches as required by Beacons of Light. The Director prepares, administers, and reviews the budget process in collaboration with finance and other commissions, and helps provide policies and procedures for staff and properties in the six parishes. This is a full-time, 12 months position with benefits.

A Relationship Manager establishes relationships with financial donors and prospective financial donors to financially sustain our mission to accompany, clothe, feed, and shelter homeless men, women, and children with Christian purpose. Relationship Managers diversify and deepen our donor base using interpersonal skills and established person-to-person fundraising strategies. Relationship Manager is a full-time position with demanding goals and allows for flexible scheduling.

St Peter Huber Heights is looking for an Associate Director of Liturgy and Worship.  The Associate Director is a full-time (40 hours), exempt, professionally qualified minister who works under the guidance and supervision of the Region Director of Liturgy and Worship. You will be responsible for the Liturgy and Worship activities of NE-10 with primary performance responsibilities at St. Peter Parish. You will be responsible for music at three weekend Masses and the associate ensembles, one to two school Masses per week, as well as funerals and other liturgies. The Associate Director will also Assist the Director in overseeing the lay liturgical ministers in the region and all activities of the Worship Commissions.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about liturgy, an accomplished organist and vocalist, and an enthusiastic follower of Christ. Pay is commensurate with experience and in compliance with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati pay scale.

Requirements

  • Active, practicing Catholic
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance, Pastoral Ministry, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in parish music or liturgical ministry or related field
  • Accomplished organist, pianist, vocalist, and music director as demonstrated by personal audition

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Regional Director in the Office of Catholic Social Action located in Dayton, OH. The Regional Director is responsible for the development and maintenance of an effective Catholic Social Action presence in the Dayton and Northern areas of the Archdiocese. The Regional Director empowers Catholics in these areas to celebrate and live out the Gospel call for life, human dignity, and care for God’s creation through Catholic Social Teaching formation, organizing social ministries, and opportunities for public advocacy and action. The Regional Director also serves as a point of contact for ecumenical and interfaith relations on behalf of the Archdiocese in these areas.

The Regional Director should have a minimum of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology or a related field, at least three years of experience in church-related, community organizing, or other field that demonstrates a personal commitment to the promotion of the life and dignity of the human person and a care for God’s creation.  Candidates should also have knowledge of Catholic Social Teaching and an ability to articulate it clearly. He/she should also have an appreciation of and some practical experience of working with other Christian and non-Christian faith communities. He/she should also have a history of organizing people and resources to accomplish specific tasks, experience with public speaking and writing, and a demonstrated managerial ability.
