St Helen Parish (NE7), located in Riverside, OH, is seeking a Facility Manager who will report to the Parish Manager. This is a full-time, working and supervisory position, whose availability to respond to campus emergencies outside of normal business hours is needed. This position will perform preventative, general, and mid-level maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment, furniture and fixtures throughout the campus. In addition, this position will be responsible for painting and light carpentry work, snow removal and lawn maintenance as needed. An ability to read and interpret building blueprints and documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals is required.

A minimum of three years’ experience is required and experience with HVAC is considered a plus. Physical requirements of the position include significant lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling up to 50 pounds, reaching above shoulder level, climbing ladders, use of tools, and being able to withstand a variety of environmental conditions. All employees are subject to the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s Decree on Child Protection Guidelines through the SafeParish platform. Candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters and be knowledgeable of the Catholic faith.
