The Church of the Incarnation is seeking candidates for the position of Director of Parish Engagement.

The Director of Parish Engagement will work with parish staff to assess where volunteers are needed and to coordinate all volunteer efforts. Using various platforms they will connect with the parish community, which includes Incarnation School, to identify, invite, and educate volunteers for active participation in a wide range of parish endeavors.

This is a new position, so candidates should have some experience with initiating new programs.

 

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati Pastoral Center is seeking the qualified candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant (Bilingual) for Communication & Evangelization.  The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support for the Center for the New Evangelization, with special focus on the Hispanic Evangelization and Marriage & Family Evangelization teams. The Administrative Assistant collaborates reliably and congenially with the entire staff of the Center for the New Evangelization (CNE) and the Department of Communication & Evangelization, as well as other archdiocesan offices.

The Administrative Assistant must be a model of professional conduct and always represent the Archdiocese of Cincinnati with honesty and integrity.  The candidate should be a practicing Catholic in good standing with good basic knowledge of the Catholic Church; must be fluent in Spanish and English; high school diploma and 1-2 years of business school or the equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in office work.

The Position: The Director of Evangelization and Adult Faith Formation will be responsible for the design, maintenance, and evaluation of the areas of adult religious formation and education, with a primary focus on evangelization.  Applicant should be a practicing Catholic in good standing; have knowledge of Catholic doctrine and practices; have experience with Catholic doctrines and practices; and have the ability to work together with the Pastor, pastoral staff, catechists, and volunteer teams.  Candidate should have strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills

Requirements: Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Education, Pastoral Ministry, Religious Studies or Education with a major focus in Theology or Religious Studies required. A master’s degree is preferred but not required.  Applicant should have two years’ experience in ministry.

Clinical Director of Counseling Programs

The Diocese of Covington’s Catholic Charities ministry is seeking to hire a full-time Clinical Director for our faith-based counseling programs. Fifty percent of the Clinical Director’s responsibilities involves the administrative and clinical supervision of our counseling programs, and supervising our mental health, pregnancy, and adoption programs. Duties include staff coaching, training, accountability and evaluation, programmatic quality, and quantity assurance measures. The remaining fifty percent of the Clinical Director’s responsibilities involves providing direct service outpatient counseling.

Candidate requirements include:

  • actively practicing Roman Catholic in good standing with the Church;
  • a Master’s degree in Social Work (preferred) or Counseling;
  • a minimum of five years’ clinical counseling experience;
  • three years of management or supervisory experience;
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification (preferred), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervision designation or supervisor certification eligible;
  • previous experience with diverse populations, which may include children, adults, couples, families, those with mental illness and substance use disorders, life transitions, all income levels, and various cultural backgrounds.
  • experience with DSM 5;
  • an ability to perform all the duties of an independent therapist, and to work either independently or collaboratively;

St. John, Deer Park and St. Saviour Parishes (Region XI) in Cincinnati, Ohio have an immediate opening for a full-time Business Manager.

Candidates must have knowledge of accounting principles and practices, good organizational and record-keeping skills, computer skills necessary to manage the parish computer and record keeping systems, supervisory experience with staff, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.  Must be a practicing Catholic.  College degree desired and/or 5-10 years of business experience.
