The Family of Parishes includes: St. Ann Church-Williamsburg; St. Louis Church/School/Cemetery-Owensville; St. Philomena Church/Cemetery-Stonelick; Holy Trinity-Batavia.  The regional office is located in Clermont County Ohio in Owensville (approximately 8 miles from I-275).

The position:

This role is a hand-on position fixing general maintenance items including: plumbing; electric; HVAC; painting; and other general maintenance items.

You do not need to be an expert in any of these trades.  This family of parishes is blessed to have parishioners who are experts in a variety of trades and are willing to teach and provide guidance.

Tools are owned by the parish.

Bellarmine Chapel is seeking a full-time Director of Youth and Adult Ministry. The Director of Youth and Young Adult Minister fully supports the parish community in helping animate our mission.

The Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry is responsible for coordinating the parish’s youth and young adult ministry with, by, to and for its young people, 7th thru 12th grade, and young adults 18-35 years of age; in close collaboration with parents, the pastor, pastoral staff, ministry leaders, the parish community and Xavier University. The Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry will serve in the Ignatian tradition of spirituality and ministry by empowering young people to live healthy and fruitful lives of faith, service and justice.

St. Ann Parish, Cincinnati is seeking applicants for a Communications Coordinator. Responsibilities include maintaining positive parish presence on a variety of social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter, write content for parish website pages and blog, manage FlockNote / Evangelus messaging platform, coordinate meetings and presentations as needed, and assist with executing parish events. This is a full-time position with flexible hours dependent on the parish needs.

Qualifications:

  • Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks with little supervision
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Publisher
  • Conversational Spanish is a plus.

St. Brigid Catholic Church in Xenia seeks to hire a full-time Business Manager.  The Business Manager manages the financial, administrative, personnel and maintenance needs for the parish and school.  Maintains accuracy of all financial files and records, and establishes a responsible cash flow management system.  Assists Pastor in hiring staff and responsible for progressive discipline, and recommending termination when necessary.   Supervises parish secretary, clerical aides, financial staff and maintenance staff.  Consults with and advises Pastor and Principal on business and administrative matters that affect the parish and school.

The position includes full health and retirement benefits.  Candidates must have Excel® experience, proficient keyboarding skills, ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters, and the ability to relate to a variety of persons.  Familiarity with Parish Soft software is a plus.  This position requires frequent evenings and/or weekend work and an unpredictable schedule.  Candidates will receive initial support from an experienced Business Manager for on-the-job training.

Campus Ministry’s liturgy team reflects sacramental celebrations that promote full active participation, strong student leadership in liturgical ministries, a commitment to growth in multicultural expressions of prayer and worship reflective of the diversity of the UD community, and pastorally responding to the needs of the campus through prayer and worship.

The assistant director will:

  • Collaborate with the liturgy team to establish a vision for and ensure the development and successful implementation of university liturgies, liturgical catechesis, liturgical ministry formation, and sacramental preparation.
  • Supervise a graduate assistant and advises Catholic Life, a faith-based student organization.
  • Respond to special liturgical/prayer requests, ensures the development of diverse cultural expressions of prayer and worship, supports the faith development of students, and communicates about liturgical events.
  • Serve as an active collaborator on the 34-person ministry team.

This is a 10.5 month, full-time, exempt position with full benefits.  Flexible start in early 2022.  Salary commensurate with experience.
