The Coordinator of Youth Sacraments (Coordinator) reports to the Managing Director of Evangelization and is a key member of the Youth Evangelization Team. The coordinator is a person who is passionate about accompanying young people and their families along their journey of discipleship, specifically in their years of Sacramental Preparation.

The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with individuals at various ages: parents, elementary aged, and middle-school aged youth. As such, they can engage and adapt theological concepts that are accessible to each age group. The Coordinator of Youth Sacraments should be a committed Catholic disciple with experience in creating and implementing content, comfortable and energetic in front of large groups of people, and able to accompany whole families in their sacramental journeys. This person should also be a team player who understands ministry in a large church context, a self-starter, reliable, detail-oriented, and driven who is excited to join a growing Catholic community with a vibrant culture. The role will require a firm understanding of our parish mission, vision, and youth discipleship pathway.

St. Joseph Pillar of Families Parishes is looking to hire either two Part-Time Associates Directors of Youth Evangelization for Grades 1-6 or one Full-Time person two cover two campuses. Do you like the flexibility of a part-time position of 19 hours per week or would you prefer a 40 hour full-time job with benefits?  We have a unique opportunity in that we are looking for either two part-time employees to fill the open positions of Associate Director for Youth Evangelization Grades 1-6 at Sacred Heart of Jesus in McCartyville and the same position at Holy Angels, Sidney.  This could also be one full-time employee with full benefits who would fill both positions working out of the Sidney office.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the efficient scheduling, operation, and maintenance of the Church properties with a particular eye toward marketing and managing the Parish Center. Position also includes the general maintenance oversight of other buildings and grounds, with the support and collaboration of other staff members and support councils of the parish. This position has one direct report who will assist in the maintenance of the church properties and grounds.

St. Vincent de Paul – Cincinnati (SVDP) has served residents of Greater Cincinnati for over 150 years with basic needs such as food, medicine, and homelessness prevention through its outreach center in the West End and 53 parish-based volunteer Conferences. SVDP provides holistic direct assistance and systemic change services while treating neighbors in need with dignity and compassion.

The Engagement Coordinator, Digital Marketing and Events is responsible for supporting the efforts of the External Relations team and the St. Vincent de Paul strategic plan to promote and engage the community in the mission of SVDP. The position encompasses two key functions: marketing and engagement (75% of the time, approximately 30 hours/week) and supporting events and drives (25% of the position, approximately 10 hours/week).

Under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications, the Engagement Coordinator enhances the organization’s digital presence, functioning as the executor of SVDP’s social media marketing strategy and storytelling, email marketing campaigns, and website management. This position will create and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, bringing to life the mission of SVDP with creative graphic design, copywriting, video, photography, and storytelling. This role will analyze data and trends to drive continuous online improvement while creating digital marketing and social media reports regularly. The Engagement Coordinator serves as the online representative of SVDP and as a liaison between donors, neighbors, and its social audiences.

This Engagement Coordinator will also support our Events and Partnerships Manager with events and drives, providing marketing expertise and playing an integral role in event logistics, preparation, and execution. Specifically, the Engagement Coordinator will help plan and execute SVDP’s three main fundraising events and smaller stewardship events, and facilitate donation drives (coats, food, toys, etc.) with community partners, including local businesses, schools, churches, and other groups.

This position provides in-depth experience to an aspiring marketing professional, offering a well-rounded approach to learning and growth in nonprofit marketing and development. The ideal candidate is highly engaged in social media and well-versed in best practices, thrives in an environment that values coaching and feedback, and collaborates well with teammates.

Crescent Family of Parishes is seeking a Director of Music & Worship for the family. Some duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates scheduling and planning of combined liturgies and coordinated approach to liturgical seasons within the parish family
  • Supervision of other staff musicians and supply help in the parish family
  • Ability to be sensitive and have respect for musical culture of the five parishes in family
  • Direct music at 2 parishes in the family whose music programs have been combined for many years
  • Trains, directs, and supervises one choir, instrumental ensembles, and cantor programs
  • Excellent organ and piano skills with additional instrumental knowledge preferred
  • Oversight of Worship Commissions and Liturgical planning
  • Maintains and develops personal and professional skills
