Position Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction for Kindergarten students across all subject areas

Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs

Foster a love of learning through play, social emotional development, and foundational literacy and numeracy skills

Integrate Catholic values into classroom culture and instruction

Use assessment data to inform instruction and support student growth

Collaborate with colleagues, families, and administration

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Valid Ohio teaching license (or ability to obtain)

The ability to meet SAFEParish training requirements

Strong understanding of early childhood development and differentiated instruction

Commitment to Catholic education and values

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The Director of Finance and Administration reports to the pastor, serves as a key staff resource, and is a member of the Pastoral Team. The Director manages the parish’s financial, administrative, personnel, facilities, and risk‑management operations in support of the pastor’s governance ministry and within the framework of Catholic values. This role oversees budgeting, accounting, payroll and benefits, vendor and contract management, facilities planning, and supervises the office staff. The Director also serves as liaison to the archdiocese and to the parish and finance councils.
