The director will refine the vision, plan, and implement a sustainable process for supporting schools and their leaders in the delivery of irresistibly Catholic formation and education. The strategies designed will advance schools toward speaking effectively and behaving convincingly so that members of the school community may receive the gift of salvation. The director will build enthusiasm, consensus, and support for the vision and plan implementation among key constituents. The director will provide the tools, training, and resources necessary to bring the plan to life and sustain the expected outcomes. The director will regularly assess the results at individual school levels, make recommendations for improvements as necessary, and report results to the secretary of catechetical formation and to the office of Catholic education.

The Director of Development develops, plans and implements all facets of PCW’s efforts in the areas of fundraising, donor relations, marketing and public relations.  The Development Director works with the Executive Director to establish the Annual Budget, which is approved by the Board. The Development Director is expected to meet or exceed the Income goals set forth in the Budget while managing Development-related expenses within budgetary guidelines.  All activities of the Development Director must be consistent with the Catholic-centric Mission and Values of the organization, as the individual engages with PCW’s donors, supporters, and volunteers, including individuals, corporations, other organizations and churches.

Pregnancy Center West is searching for an Outreach Coordinator.  The primary duties of the Outreach Coordinator consist of presenting the Center’s chastity education program in local Catholic schools, as well as expanding our community reach by developing chastity education resources for local parents and parishes. The Outreach Coordinator will also be tasked with developing “in-house” chastity education resources to be utilized with clients. When present at the Center, the Outreach Coordinator will also be responsible for speaking with clients on the topic of chastity/self-respect/positive lifestyle choices when requested by volunteers or staff.

• Provide customer service to our students, donors, and volunteers by answering questions, guiding
them to the right person or spot on the website, advising them on class selection
• Answer phones and monitor voicemail replying to calls/messages
• Monitor primary email box answering approx. 20 emails/day; monitor secondary email box
• Monitor Chatbot and answer customer questions, monthly stats reporting
• Work with the CFO performing basic bookkeeping tasks: creating and invoicing customers,
obtaining credit card receipts
• Support CCL store purchases online & phone orders
• Perform and/or support shipping personnel with shipping, inventory, ordering supplies, and
printing shipping inserts

Ideal Qualities:
• Good communication skills, trustworthy, positive attitude, problem solver
• Phone skills are essential: must be comfortable communicating on the phone, making calls,

• Strong writing skills and Excel experience are highly recommended
