St. Agnes Parish is dynamic community started in 1873 in Louisville, Kentucky. In 1892, the Passionists were granted parochial rights to the Parish, and continue to support the faith ministry today.  Currently, the Parish consists of a growing school and faith based worship and service.  We currently have 11 staff member and are looking at add to our team!   

The Parish is looking for someone who can lead the business aspects of the Parish, focusing on financial administration while leading the Parish Office staff.

Strong organizational skills, financial savviness, ability to handle high volume and time sensitive requests, empathy and awareness of self and others will allow for success in this position. The position is designed to be fully in person, but a hybrid work schedule may be considered for the right candidate.  

The position is a Regular Full-Time job, exempt from any overtime.  Offered benefits include:

The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Administrative Coordinator to provide support to the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a wide range of secretarial and other functions related to the needs of the Sisters, operation of St. Clare Campus and the international Congregation and Leadership Council of the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor. Fostering and implementing the mission, values, policies, and procedures of the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor is critical to this role.

Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Louisville, Kentucky has an immediate opening for a full time Director of Youth Ministry. Holy Trinity has a Faith Formation Team that collaborates to provide ongoing Faith Formation to the parish and the community. The Holy Trinity Director of Youth Ministry is a tenacious person who wants to use his or her background and gifts to impact our faith community and share the joy of the Gospel. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth ministry and wants youth to come to know the person of Jesus and the richness of the Catholic faith. This person will be a self-starter, reliable and driven. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree preferably in a field such as theology or catechesis and/or 3 years of programming experience. Holy Trinity has a dedicated Youth Center for accommodating dynamic, and engaging events and opportunities focused on Youth Ministry.

This position also requires coordinating and overseeing the Confirmation program to Holy Trinity and public school students.

The Sonographer, working under the supervision of the Medical Director, serves as a medical imaging professional providing clinically relevant information to assist with the care of our pregnant clients. The Sonographer’s primary responsibility is to perform limited obstetrical medical sonography services in accordance with center policies and procedures and applicable professional standards. The sonographer also assists with standard center activities including client counseling, support programs, and client follow-up.

The University of Dayton Campus Ministry seeks to welcome a Campus Minister for Neighborhood and Retreats to our dynamic ministry team. Pursue your vocation in ministry with one of the largest ministry teams in Catholic higher education while creatively developing and implementing opportunities for spiritual growth, evangelization, outreach and pastoral accompaniment. Ministry is primarily among upper division students who live in the student neighborhood on campus. Develops and coordinates student leadership for retreats, creates community-building and faith development activities and resources, and fosters faith-based student leadership development among a diverse student body. Supervises student workers, responds to students in crisis and provides ongoing pastoral care for students.

This is a full-time, 10-month exempt position with full benefits including healthcare, employee and dependent tuition remission, schedule flexibility to accommodate some late night/weekend ministry, professional development, matching retirement contributions, and more.
