St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, which serves a Roman Catholic community of more than 9,700 in Carmel, IN, seeks candidates for our position of Director of Pastoral Care to serve seniors in our area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support, programs, and resources to meet the needs of the community and extending the resources of the parish –from middle-aged to seniors, or struggling with physical or mental-emotional health, grieving, or otherwise in need of support. By providing practical assistance and spiritual guidance for life’s transitions and crises.

The responsibilities of the Director will cover many functions relating to spiritual health, social activities, counseling and education: providing spiritual support services and outreach programs. The successful candidate will be a Catholic in good standing, have a Bachelor’s degree, prefer BSW, MSW, Pastoral Ministry, or Theology degree.

Mater Filius Queen City, a Catholic apostolic ministry serves the Archdioceses of Cincinnati, in ministering to women experiencing pregnancy who have no means of support.   • We are looking for an Ima, a practicing Catholic woman in good standing with the Church. This is a full time, live-in position. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday; Saturdays and Sundays 8 am to 12 noon with one weekend off per month. The Business Manager at St. Joseph is responsible for the management of the day to day business and financial operations of the parish and school.  The candidate must be a person of faith, committed to the mission of the Church and to responsible management of resources.  This position assures that the vision and programs of the parish are attainable through good stewardship of parish resources.  Diocesan policies and procedures also guide the work of the business manager.

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting or Business Management is preferred.  Required prior experience includes budgeting, analyzing financial statements, supervision of administrative and maintenance staff members.  Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to be trusted with a high level of confidentiality.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data systems is required. Position reports directly to the pastor.  Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

The Jesuit Spiritual Center, a Catholic retreat center, in Milford, Ohio seeks post-graduate students interested in pursuing ministry. This is a 1 – 2 year paid internship working as a member of the Youth Ministry team. Interns live in community on the grounds of the Center in the renovated historic Rock House. They will develop skills in retreat ministry including planning, preparing, and facilitating youth retreats, leading small and large group activities. Interns will also have the opportunity to make the 19th Annotation of the Spiritual Exercises, receive spiritual formation, attend professional conferences, and gain business experience, particularly in the operations of a non-profit organization.
