The Good Shepherd Catholic Montessori (GSCM)

The Good Shepherd Catholic Montessori (GSCM) is seeking a Principal to begin in July 2026. The ideal candidate will possess a strong, active, and vibrant Catholic faith life, fully aligned with the teachings of the Catholic Church. Prior Montessori experience is preferred; however, candidates without Montessori experience will also be considered.

Founded in 1998, GSCM is one of a small number of Catholic Montessori schools in the United States that fully integrates Catholic education with the Montessori method. The school also implements the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd as a central component of its spiritual formation program. GSCM serves approximately 200 students, ages 3 to 14.

GSCM is governed by an independent Board of Trustees and is affiliated with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.

The school is distinguished by a joyful culture of excellence, and faith-filled atmosphere among students and staff, an engaged and supportive parent community, and a dedicated, talented, and stable faculty. Located in Madison Place—just 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati—GSCM sits on an inspiring 13-acre campus featuring multiple buildings, wooded trails, a beautiful playscape, and ample space for outdoor learning and play.
