Mount Notre Dame High School is seeking a qualified individual for a 12-month, part-time (24 hours per week) position as Admissions Coordinator.  The position will start in July.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for Mount Notre Dame, possess the skills to implement creative programs for prospective students and command strong interpersonal, communication and technology skills.  The position does require flexibility for multiple evening and weekend admissions events.  A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create, implement and evaluate recruitment programs for prospective students
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for admissions events including Information Nights, Open House, Registration Day
  • Assist in the management of the eighth grade Shadowing Program
  • Coordinate the Summer Camp Program
  • Assist with the student Ambassador Program
  • Interact directly with prospective families
  • Utilize Blackbaud Enrollment Management (Operate the internal admissions office software)

Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Event planning and program development skills
  • Proficient in handling a multitude of tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong technology skills in Windows and Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Able to work with a collaborative team in an open-office environment

French Teacher/Part-Time: Saint Ursula Academy, located in East Walnut Hills, is a Catholic, college-preparatory, secondary school for young women, started by the Ursuline Sisters of Cincinnati.
Saint Ursula Academy is searching for an experienced, qualified high school French teacher to join our team during the 2024-2025 school year.  The current part-time opening consists of teaching two sections of French I, which is taught within one bell period lasting all four quarters.  Saint Ursula Academy is a strong academic community, so the ideal candidate will not only possess a passion for the learning process but also be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of various strategies and techniques that will support the diverse needs of our student body.  The candidate must follow the curriculum designed by senior members of the department and be well versed in using technology in daily lessons.
A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in French is preferred, with commensurate language skills, and relevant licensure for teaching grades 9-12 is required.  Full-time teaching experience in a high school is recommended.
Salary range for this position will be determined by the published faculty pay scale for Saint Ursula Academy for the 2024-2025 academic year.
