Grades 9 -12: Athletic Office Assistant/Full-Time: Archbishop Carroll High School is seeking a qualified individual to serve as our Athletic Office Assistant to provide administrative support to the Athletic Director and coaching staff. Duties will include managing schedules and facility bookings for athletic events, maintaining accurate records of athletes, physicals, and eligibility forms, using specific athletics software and performing other duties as assigned to ensure smooth athletic department operations.
Qualifications include associate’s or bachelor’s degree, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Previous administration or office experience preferred.
