The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and supervises all aspects of maintenance, including the staff, in a safe and effective manner.

General Duties and Responsibilities

Instructs and monitors maintenance staff in general custodial tasks.

  • Trains and reviews employee performance.
  • Establishes daily work assignments.
  • Reviews and approves time sheets.
  • Supervises grounds maintenance.
  • Sets up facilities for parish events such as weddings, funerals, festivals, etc.
  • Maintains clean and safe environment in work area.
  • Works with volunteers as directed by Business Manager.
  • Responsible for communication with appropriate persons.

  • Maintains channels of communication with Business Manager and Principal on an “as needed” basis.
  • Verifies contractor activity.
  • Accompanies all inspectors (fire, health, insurance, EPA, etc.) on their rounds.
  • Works with parish facilities committee as directed by Business Manager.

Full Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours per week – with on call as needed.

Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center (OLHSC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the care, maintenance, and safety of our campus. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who values teamwork, stewardship, and service in a Catholic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate building and grounds plans, including preventive maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for outside contractors, repair projects, and renovations.
  • Recruit, appoint, and supervise building and grounds volunteers.
  • Advise on risk management and safety policies.
  • Provide weekly building and grounds reports to the Managing Director.
  • Ensure compliance with local ordinances, insurance, and safety requirements.
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings.

Qualifications

  • Practicing Catholic in good standing.
  • 5–7 years of experience in facilities management (Catholic or nonprofit experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, landscaping, custodial services, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff, volunteers, and contractors, including individuals for whom English is a second language.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate both mechanical and landscaping equipment.

Crescent Family of Parishes is seeking a Director of Music & Worship for the family.  Some duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates scheduling and planning of combined liturgies and coordinated approach to liturgical seasons within the parish family
  • Supervision of other staff musicians and supply help in the parish family
  • Ability to be sensitive and have respect for musical culture of the five parishes in family
  • Direct music at 2 parishes in the family whose music programs have been combined for many years
  • Trains, directs, and supervises one choir, instrumental ensembles, and cantor programs.
