Admissions Assistant

Job Summary
The Admissions Assistant serves as a key member of the Enrollment Management team by coordinating the planning, logistics, and execution of admissions events while providing exceptional operational support to the department. This position ensures a welcoming and seamless experience for prospective students and families through outstanding
customer service, event coordination, admissions processing, and administrative support. Working closely with the Director of Enrollment Management, the Admissions Assistant oversees the operational details that support student recruitment efforts, including event registration, admissions communications, database management, student ambassador
coordination, and the day-to-day administrative functions of the Admissions Office.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions Event Coordination
Coordinate the planning and execution of admissions events, including Shadow Days,
Grade School Nights, Information Nights, Open House, Experience Day, HSPT programming, and other enrollment initiatives. Responsibilities include managing registrations, preparing event materials, coordinating logistics, scheduling student ambassadors, and ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for prospective families.

Admissions Office Operations
Support the daily operations of the Admissions Office by processing inquiries, creating MyMND accounts, maintaining applicant records, preparing admissions materials, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and families. Assist with campus tours, admissions communications, and other administrative functions that support
enrollment efforts.

Student Ambassador Program
Coordinate the operational aspects of the Student Ambassador Program by scheduling ambassadors for admissions events, maintaining records, coordinating requests from school departments, and assisting with training and recognition.

Administrative & Enrollment Support
Maintain accurate records within Blackbaud Enrollment Management, process
registrations, prepare reports, order office and event supplies, and provide administrative
support for admissions initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the
goals of the Enrollment Management Office.

technology platforms.
