The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Managing Director for College & Young Adult Evangelization who will direct the Young Adult team in the Center for the New Evangelization (CNE). The purpose of this team is to develop ministries and means for young adults to discover and live their unique and unrepeatable vocation in and through the Church. The Managing Director must be a missionary disciple passionate about introducing young adults to Jesus Christ and His Church. This individual must have a regular prayer life centered on intimacy with Christ and be able to pray easily with others. He or she must be a strong conceptual and strategic thinker who is able to lead by influence and creatively overcome barriers.

The Managing Director collaborates closely and congenially with the entire staff of the CNE and the Department of Communication & Evangelization, as well as other archdiocesan offices. The Managing Director for College & Young Adult Evangelization must be a model of professional conduct and always represent the Archdiocese of Cincinnati with honesty and integrity.

Xavier University, a Jesuit Catholic university in Cincinnati, invites applications for the position of Administrative Assistant III at the Dorothy Day Center for Faith and Justice within the Division of Mission and Ministry. This position reports to the Associate Vice President for Mission and Ministry/University Jesuit Chaplain and supports all of the Center’s programming and operations.

The Administrative Assistant III is responsible for the following major aspects of the Center’s work: supporting the Associate VP/University Jesuit Chaplain, bookkeeping and accounting, hospitality, and management of student workers. Are you excited about your Catholic faith?  Do you want to share this enthusiasm with our youth?  Our parishes are dynamic communities with great potential to better reach out and serve our youth.  The Tri-County Catholics Family of Parishes seeks a full- time Director of Youth.  This person will be responsible for a parish-based ministry to junior and senior high youth, along with outreach to college-age and young adults in these parishes, in collaboration with the Director of Youth Ministry at St. John Church. We are seeking a person to be active and visible with our students in St. Michael School, and to collaborate with St. Gabriel Consolidated School; to plan events integrating catechesis and service with social, community-building activities. They will foster close communication with families of youth and collaborate with sports teams and scouts.  The director will assist in developing a ministry with young adults in the area, both those currently attending a university and those who have graduated, building on the progress which has already been made.  Other duties may be assigned as needed by the parish or discerned with the Pastor. Within the Tri-County Catholics Family of parishes, our staff members realize that job descriptions and roles will likely be reimagined during the Beacons of Light pastoral planning process.

A Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Catechesis/Education, or a related field is preferred.  Spanish speaking ability will be a plus. The applicant will need to be SafeParish compliant before beginning work.
