St. Gertrude Parish is seeking a full-time director of stewardship. In this role, the director of stewardship strives to develop a parish (church and school) culture that recognizes stewardship as a way of life. This position provides vision and leadership to successfully implement a comprehensive stewardship plan that focuses on formation and promotion of the spirituality of stewardship and stewardship-related initiatives, inviting parishioners to share their gifts of time, talent, and treasure within the parish and overall life of the Church.

Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of three years’ experience in secular or church development and stewardship or related non-profit experience preferred.

The Coordinator of Youth Faith Formation serves the St. Mary Magdalene Family (St. Andrew, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, & St. Andrew) by managing our Family of Faith program, sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation, and helping students through the OCIA program.   Must be a Catholic in good standing. Bachelor’s Degree in religious studies, sacramental theology, or pastoral ministry is preferred. Experience in parish ministry, especially in the areas of youth catechesis or sacramental preparation is key.  Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable networking and building relationships with volunteers and paid staff.

St. James White Oak is seeking a full-time Parish Receptionist.  Candidates must be highly organized, proactive and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.  Duties include but are not limited to assisting the Director of Communications, answering phones, assisting with parishioner and staff needs, maintaining databases, creating Sunday bulletins and monthly newsletters, ordering supplies, updating sacramental records, and assisting with other general office responsibilities.  Previous experience in an office setting is required.

Ursuline Academy’s Data Manager will:

  • Serve as the data manager for all Ursuline databases, which include Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge (NXT and database) and Enrollment Management, Greater Giving, GiveCampus, Parlance, and Rediker
  • Maintain knowledge of functional improvements to databases, and communicate updates to users as appropriate
  • Develop best practices for performance and operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records for all constituents
  • Manage the import and export of data
  • Design accurate reporting measures that can be utilized by the Leadership Team
  • Create and run reports as requested
  • Extract, verify, and finalize student grades for posting
  • Extract, verify, and translate students schedules for posting
  • Conduct annual rollover in all databases
  • Communicate with colleagues to ensure all data needs are fulfilled
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and experience working in databases, creating and running reports, and developing best practices.  Must have time management and organizational skills to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines.  Respect for confidentiality and privacy of information is essential. Required to support school events on occasional evenings and weekends.
