Immediate opening for a full-time Young Adult Minister for a well-established parish ministry serving 18-35 year old young adults using the “Win, Build, Send” model. This involves a lot of social, recreational, and weekend activities (bonfires, bible studies, volleyball, camping, swing dances, holy hours, brunches, liturgies, hayrides, mission trips, etc.). This translates to a potential commitment of over 50 hours per week. You will essentially be “paid to play & pray”! Fifteen of these hours per week are required in the office to facilitate this ministry (emailing, texting, calendar, bulletin, planning bible studies, meetings…). Must be a self-starter who is also able to follow the direction of the pastor, outgoing and organized, with strong people skills. Divine Mercy Family of Parishes is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Coordinator of Children & Family Evangelization. This position reports to the Director of Evangelization and is a key member of the Evangelization Team. The Coordinator accompanies parents and their children (grades PK-8) through a discipleship pathway, so that they encounter Jesus and become His missionary disciples. This is a full-time (40 hours) position as Administrative Assistant in North Fairmount. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 830am – 430pm.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling the daily administrative tasks, record keeping and handling of money. The successful candidate will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, the ability to multi task, work independently and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and have strong computer skills. Bilingual preferred. Candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters and exhibit a Christian attitude in all dealings with parishioners and staff members. All employees must be in compliance with the Decree of Child Protection.
